Large open plan and windows gives you a view of the large creek and rocks. The mountains view in the distance. The large trees shade the cottage and you feel as if you are in a tree-house with the extensive decks and screened porch. The rear yard with its rock and lush vegetation and paths give you a sense of the mountains. “Green, airy and comfortable”
Master Suite /Bedroom on upper floor with a prayer/stretch room, office nook and an outside patio for more relaxing and stretching as well as a Romeo and Juliet balcony to further hear the creek, Second bedroom on main level, 2 Baths, den with children's games, books and TV, open living, dining and kitchen. Spectacular views of Fodder Creek. Fully stocked kitchen : every thing to make any meal you want, stainless steel appliances, gas grill, fir-pit outside, tvs – 2- , internet...Close to Hiawassee, GA, Helen, GA, Hayesville, NC, Franklin, NC, Murphy, NC and Blairsville, GA...close to town.

-Adventure is Vogel State Park, GA
-So many waterfalls, State Parks and Forests to explore not to mention all the rivers and streams to fish.
-Visit downtown Hayesville, NC and the square.. fine dining at the Copper Door or for a lighter affair Angelo's Pizza.
-Walk or mountain bike the Jack Rabbit Trail just down the road on SR75.
-Visit the Cherokee Casino in Murphy, NC (They have a great arcade and bowling lanes for the kids.)
