Clean House with nice pool

Overall really clean house with comfortable beds and lots of seating around the pool. The pool was really clean. We had some electrical issues which the owner responded to but was unable to fix because it was over a aweekend weekend.

Final Four weekend

This was a very nice and relaxing property with plenty of rooms. It's convenient location to Uber to strip or old Vegas. Owner was helpful and we were appreciative of the opportunity to stay there.

The location was quiet. The house was perfect to unwind in after a long day. Would recommend it to any staying in Vegas.

Perfect home for our family!

Checkin process was easy, the house was great and as described! Location is close to downtown and the strip. It was exactly what we needed for a family wedding! The pool was excellent for the hot Vegas weather. Alex was prompt and clear and made the process easy!

Great spot

My colleagues and I were in town for a convention and needed a home base. We wanted to stay off of the strip, and we're searching for a house with a pool to relax in. The house was great. Sleeping accommodations for us all, and 2.5 bathrooms helped. Everything was clean, functional, and accurately described by the host.

Vegas Stay!!

Communication with the host was great, the house was clean. The kitchen didn’t really live up to the description in the listing as fully equipped as it was missing some very basic items such as a toaster. We didn’t stay for long but our family fit in the home and overall the stay was good.

The only thing that would have been nice to know was that the pool wasn't heated. We still jumped in but it was cold. Other than that it was great.

Excellent home away from home.

Our host was so professional and helpful. We arrived into town early and our host allowed us to check-in early. Making us feel very welcomed. Home was located in a great neighborhood, quiet, peaceful and most of all safe. The home was very nice, clean and beds were all comfortable. As a mother with children and grandchildren this home was perfect. I'd like to say thank you once again.

Close to the strip - lovely villa

The Villa was equipped with the majority of things that you need for a holiday, good sized and clean too. Recommendation would be a safe would be a useful addition. We visited in November so didn’t get to make the most of the garden much but winds did make it noisy due to a tarpaulin flapping in the high winds on the boat and did have to ask for the Hot tub to be switched on. This was not explained so would have been useful to know this to plan ahead when to use it and the main bathroom was difficult to use But all in all it was a nice stay not too far from the strip and you can see the Strat from the balcony.

if you dont want to stay at a casino....

was in town with buddies for the world cup. we enjoyed off strip venues for watch parties as well as took in raider game. this was a perfect setup to move about vegas with a convenient home base. plenty of clean beds, hot showers and space to relax while playing pool. (need new cues) didnt realize we would use the arcade so much either. the owner answered immediately when i had a question. overall, everthing went smooth as we could have hoped

Okay.

Overall it was okay. There were a lot of little things like light bulbs out on the only fixture in the bathroom, no wash rags or hand sized towels, light out above the stove, pool vacuum kept collapsing, and two of the bedrooms had lamps and outlets that didn't work.
