Beautiful two bedroom Beach Paradise Apartment

Thank you for your comments. We are sorry that the roosters that fly over to our building from our neighbors woke you up. This is something beyond our control which has never been mentioned to us by any of our previous guests, but we will share this concern with our administrators to seek a suitable remedy for our guests. The mattress firmness issue is subject to personal preference. You like a soft mattress, but others prefer them firmer. The balcony chairs are kept inside the living room to minimize the wear and tear from the salty air. They should have been moved to the balcony prior to your arrival. There are three showers that may be used – a handheld shower head that is available inside the jacuzzi within our master bathroom that is quite convenient for many people, even though you are not too keen on it; a cylindrical shower in the master bathroom that you decided not to use even after I assured you that it worked properly; and another shower next to our guest bedroom. Even though the living room TV didn’t turn on during your stay (it has since been replaced), the other two TV sets in the bedrooms work properly. There is only one elevator currently working in the building (the other two need new parts that have been ordered from the manufacturer), but the only working elevator is the one you would normally use to reach this Beach Condo. Finally, all our guests rent a car to get to this building. You decided not to do so and depended on your friends who were also staying in another unit in this building to drive you everywhere – even picking you up at the airport when you arrived.

As soon as you checked into Marilyn's unit on a Saturday afternoon and noticed that the Master Bedroom A/C was not working properly, you sent me a text message and I immediately notified our technician, but he could not get there until Tuesday, at which time he diagnosed the situation and by the next day the unit was fully operational again. Thankfully, the Master Bedroom also had a ceiling fan that you could use in the meantime, and the other two A/C units were working fine. The mold that you mentioned is actually water drops from the A/C that faded away the paint in the wall under the unit. The wobbly conditions in the shower in the primary bathroom ensuite is something that seems to have occurred due to a screw that was loosened. I wish you would have mentioned these other issues to me prior to checking out so I could have someone promptly take care of them. I trust that when you come back again, everything will be fully corrected.
