Enjoy this jaw dropping, completely private water front home that has an outdoor space which is an entertainer's dream and will ensure you have the best time possible. Located less than 1 mile from the beach the home is close to everything Fort Lauderdale has to offer. The pool and backyard are the highlight of this home, uniquely situated with no neighbors on the other side of the canal to ensure complete privacy. Kayaks are available, take them for a spin out to the Intercoastal Waterway.

My name is Matt, my wife is Shae and she is the one who engages most with the guests.

The outdoor area is the absolute highlight of this listing. It is lush and will give you perfect South Florida vibes with a 60 foot dock overlooking a wide canal and many foxtail and coconut palm trees crowning the space. Take in views of protected Florida Mangroves and all of the wading birds and wildlife that they attract including manatees, osprey, snowy egrets and great blue herons.
The house is equipped with chaise lounge chairs, comfortable outdoor couches and chairs and a large dining table with six seats. There is also a 9 foot canilever umbrella which can swivel to shade either an area next to the pool or the dining table, perfect for afternoon barbeques.
The swimming pool is equipped with a heater and was renovated in 2021, featuring a color changing pool light, a swim up sun shelf and Frontgate pool floats. There are also many outdoor toys perfect for kids, like diving rings, a water table, kickboards, a swing, a cornhole set and a basketball hoop.
The inside of the home is also fully equipped for children with toys, books, a portable crib, a Nugget comfort couch, Stokke Tripp Trapp high chair, Lalo play table and chairs, two baby bath tubs and much more. We have two young children and left almost all of their toys and books for our guests to enjoy. For larger "kids" the house features a great selection of board games and a pool table that can be converted into a ping pong table with all equipment necessary for enjoying it both ways.
The newly renovated kitchen has high end appliances and a well equipped pantry with every spice you can imagine, olive oil, vinegars, etc. The cooking instruments are equally well equipped with designer knives, pans, high quality silverware and dishware. Cook and eat in this house just as comfortably (or maybe even more comfortably) as you do at home.
