NEW! WhitelineStudio on Ast., Downtown Bentonville new the square

Whiteline Studio guesthouse was completed in 2021. It’s thoughtfully designed and decorated by owner/interior designer Lee Anne Stelte, also the owner of Whiteline Designs.
Whiteline Studio is intended to feel like a cozy one-bedroom flat with a dividing wall between the sitting area and bedroom.

At 400 square feet, it’s perfect for two, but a party of four can sleep comfy. Includes local art, modern furnishings, and a private entry with a personalized entry code. A WiFi internet connection is on us, and we reserve parking space in the back of the main house specifically for our guests. There is a private yard area with outdoor seating, where you can enjoy evening cocktails, review the day’s mountain bike run or plan tomorrow’s adventure.

Biking in Bentonville

It was a great location. Easy to access all the local businesses and trails via bike. I could just park my car and ride my bike every where. I do wish there was a hose outside to rinse the dirt off my bike but that's negligible. Great place to stay. Great location.

I rented the property with a group of friends to go mountain biking. The place was perfect for the 3 of us. It's bikeable to all the Bentonville trails and walkable to downtown Bentonville restaurants. There was a parking area and a bike storage. It had everything we needed and it is super cute! I would definitely stay there again!

Perfect Bentonville charm

We LOVED this rental. Well-appointed, comfortable bed, and perfect location! We walked to the square for dinner our first night. Highly recommend this place for couples wanting a high-end feel at a great value close to downtown Bentonville.

We took a weekend to getaway and this place was amazing! It was so cute and so functional. It was comfortable and clean. The decor was amazing and the functionality of the small space was perfect! Will definitely want to stay again!

Cute and Cozy

In town for a wedding and it was a great place to land for a couple of nights. It's pretty cozy on space but would definitely recommend for an individual or couple looking for an alternative to a hotel. Lots of thoughtful touches (great coffee and robes provided!), in a charming neighborhood, and a nice walk to downtown and the art museum.

We loved that we could take a lesiurely walk to the downtown area for drinks and dinner. We also loved the proximity to great trails at Crystal Bridges. A great place for a quick getaway.

Very clean, beautifully decorated studio, walking distance to downtown and biking trails. Quiet and private property. Didn’t meet the hosts, which was fine with us, flawless instructions for entry into the property and great help with directions. Highly recommend! Sleeps 3 adults comfortably. There’s one queen size bed and a futon that could sleep two but would be tight.

Thoughtfully Styled Bentonville Experience

The Whiteline Studio is perfection! It's warm and cozy but also light and airy. Do not read "cozy" as code word for small. The smart use of space gives you plenty of room for solo or couple travelers. There are thoughtful touches that intertwine Lee Anne's impeccable style with Bentonville's charm. And location... it is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to trails, Crystal Bridges and Bentonville's Square. I woke up each morning, went for a run and happily wandered to Onyx, Meteor or Airship for my morning coffee. When in Bentonville, stay at Whiteline Studio and find your own blissful morning routine!

Incredible Stay!

My husband and I had such a restful and lovely weekend stay at this property. The home is just as beautiful and clean as the pictures suggest, and while it is a smaller space, it was plenty of room for the two of us. We loved the area (walkable to downtown bentonville and crystal bridges) check in was seamless. We would recommend this place to anyone for a couples getaway!

Great for a weekend getaway

My boyfriend and I LOVED this place! We were within walking distance (a little over a 1/2 mile) of downtown Bentonville, and Crystal Bridges. There wasn't a ton of space, but it's laid out really well and really didn't feel cramped with two people. The hosts were responsive, generous, and so helpful. I can't recommend this place enough!

Hi! I am Lee Anne your host. I am the owner of Whiteline Designs, which is an interior design firm in Downtown Bentonville. Whiteline Studio is our back house and it is very private. We live in the front house with our dog June! You may see us on walks so feel free to interact, but we will respect your privacy during your stay. Our newest space is The June on 5th. It is located on the other side of Bentonville square. There you will find the Momentary Museum, bike trails, restaurants, and coffee shops just a step away! I love this location too! Whiteline Studio is in a safe area with sidewalks, plenty of foot traffic, and, of course, cyclists. Just what you'd expect from the "Mountain Biking Capital of the World," but you'll also encounter all kinds of bike riders on Bentonville's city streets. In fact, Northwest Arkansas' robust economy is powered, in part, by bicycles. In the past decade, Northwest Arkansas has grown to include 400 miles of natural-surface trails and shared-use paved paths spanning the region. The number of cyclists and pedestrians using the region's trail system has increased to levels that continue to rival areas like San Francisco and San Diego County, when compared on a per capita basis.

Just a short distance away are two of the city's newest tourism destinations — Coler Mountain Bike Preserve and Osage Park.Coler is situated on a pristine, nearly 300-acre site just a 10-minute bike ride away. Three miles away from Studio Whiteline is Osage Park, an adventure-based outdoor destination for visitors of all ages, interests and abilities. The park is situated on 55 acres along I Street in Bentonville near Thaden Field, the city's municipal airport. Amenities include a music venue, multipurpose lawns, pickleball courts, aviation-themed play, kayaking, canoeing and fishing at Lake Bentonville.
