We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home was very clean, comfortably furnished and the pool area was spacious. The neighborhood was quiet and only a short distance to downtown Punta Gorda. Would definitely stay here again!

If you are looking for relaxation and tranquility, I highly recommend this lovely home in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the well-appointed home. The pool and lanai were wonderful. Kitchen has all you need. Beds and bedding very comfortable.Will certainly love returning to this home again.

Great family vacation

The house is amazing. Clean, well stocked and perfect for a relaxing family getaway. The screened in pool was perfect for the kids to swim and the adults to relax under the shaded (plus a fan) section. The dock is great for fishing and watching the fish surface. Plenty of towels, for the bathrooms and beach towels for the pool. The location was not as close to a beach as we expected. It was about an hour drive to the nearest swimmable Beach, but there is an umbrella 4 beach chairs, a cooler, a wagon, and beach toys to take a long. Englewood was the spot to go if you're looking for shells. Siesta Key was sooo busy but worth it for the clear water and white sand. (Go early!!!)

The property is amazing! The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star is because it stayed 78 all day and cooled down to 72 late night. The property manager was attentive and tried to answer or fix anything I questioned. Will definitely visit again.

Cozy Comfort with Everything You Need

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy home in Florida! The house was perfect for our needs—comfortable, clean, and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. We especially loved spending time in the pool, which quickly became a favorite spot for both relaxation and fun. The ping pong table was another big hit and provided hours of entertainment. The owner was also incredibly responsive and attentive to our needs, which made our stay even more enjoyable. This home truly felt like a home away from home, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. We will always return to this house!

Our third visit

We arrived at the property and appreciated the cleanliness and how well supplied were the kitchen utensils and glassware. Fishing from the dock was very relaxing and the Adirondack chairs were very comfortable. My fish count was a total of 37. (Last year...42. I'm slipping)!As I am 80 years of age and my wife is 75, I have one suggestion: install a safety rail in the shower. Once again, a wonderful vacation!

Paradise in Punta Gorda

We loved our stay. Quiet, beautiful & comfortable. Also, located extremely close to fisherman’s village and many restaurants. The property also offered the use of bicycles,kayaks and many other offerings as well. Troy was very responsive. We look forward to coming again!

Great family get away

We spent the holiday in PGI - this home had everything you need for a great time! We kayaked, fished, swam and played ping pong. Every room had TV so we could all decompress in our own space and watch what we wanted. Highly recommend this home!

Beautiful home!

Two hurricanes could not dampen this friends group visit to Florida and this home did not disappoint. Picture perfect, in a beautiful setting, with all of the amenities and a very responsive host. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Punta gorda stay

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was beautiful & had so many wonderful amenities, including the heated pool, fishing gear, kayaks and beach gear! We also loved the fire table outside & used it most every night. We stayed with our 2 young children and had everything we needed. Would definitely return!

House has been renovated recently and feels like new. The family room is huge and everything is exactly as described in the listing. There was a heatwave just before we arrived and the water in the pool was affected. Troy and his pool guy did an amazing job to restore the quality of the water in no time. We definitively recommend this house to anyone.

Amazing home!

This is the second time we have stayed at this property! The house is exactly as described in the listing. The owner, Troy, is extremely responsive. My teenagers were able to catch quite a few fish! This house has everything you could possibly need and more! We will definitely be back again!

Excellent property for our multi-generational vacation!

This was our first visit to this area. The property was more beautiful and spacious than the pictures conveyed. The pool was sparkling and we used it every day. There were plenty of towels, comfy bedding, wifi, and lots of televisions to keep all 3 generations entertained. We even played ping pong! Our host was prompt and gracious. Definitely a great stay. I highly recommend it!
