Cv Condominiums : locations de vacances

We live in France and booked through VRO/Abritel for a vacation in Arizona from March 7 to March 14. We had to pay in full with no cancelation possible, nor modification. We arrive on March 7 and were told by Cibola Vista that we were booked only until March 12. We contacted immediately our host via message on VRBO/Abritel. We were reassured by our host that he was going to work it out, that we should not worry. On March 10 afternoon he came back to us and said their is nothing he could do and we had to go March 12. He screwed us on NASCAR week end, all he could say was sorry he can't help !!!!! Definitively last time we use VRBO/Abritel and this host for this resort that we really appreciate - On 1 to 10 rating (1 being the worth and 10 the best) we rank Christian a minus 5 with no hesitation! This is just unacceptable from a host.
