Seating for 14 people in the kitchen. TVs in all bedrooms. Outdoor firepit, grill, and dining table. Property easily sleeps 16 people. Book with the adjacent sister property at 45A Pleasant with space for 26 people! Easy to get to town and beaches.

Beautiful home and amazing location!

Our group of adults and teens had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property located in town and a block away from the Surfside bike trail! Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic Stay

The host was very responsive and accommodating before/during our stay! The house was clean, spacious, well stocked, and well located. We really enjoyed the outdoor space as well. Highly recommend this house if you’re visiting Nantucket.

An amazing experience

We had the best stay in Nantucket! The communication leading up to and during our stay was amazing. The house is perfect and close to everything! Our group had the best time and I would definitely recommend this house to others!

Beyond Wonderful

Couldn’t recommend this house enough! Our trip started off on an amazing note when the owners dropped off a welcome package filled with all of Nantucket’s classics. The house slept 16 so comfortably and there was still plenty of room to spare. The location was a dream and was so close to downtown that we walked everywhere we went. The house was spotless, so nice, and updated. It felt like home away from home. Thank you to Errol and the rest of the team again! We will be back!!

Labor Day Weekend

We stayed in this house for the long Labor Day weekend. The house was beautiful and in a great location. It was an easy walk to restaurants and shops. The amenities were outstanding. The Miele coffee maker was a hit with everyone. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. The back patio has lots of chairs and a gas fire pit. It was nice sitting around it in the evening. If we return to Nantucket we would consider renting this house again.

Our stay in Nantucket

We were there with our daughter and her husband and her 3 children and the prospective partners of 2 of them. The younger ones (everyone but us) used bikes, and for us it was a pleasant walk into town. We made an effort to leave the house as clean as possible. Could you please let us know that (hopefully) there are no extra charges and when we will get our deposit back. Thanks Wallace Manheimer

Wonderful time!

Our stay at 45B pleasant street was one for the books. We had 15 women on a bachelorette party and arrived to an amazing house; the pictures don't do it justice. All of the beds were comfortable, the rooms were large, and the 4.5 baths were plenty even for 15 people. John was great to work with. Andre was also very quick to respond if in need of anything (I.e. Toilet paper, paper towels). We spent a lot of time sitting outside around the patio fire pit (propane, so very easy to use). We walked to almost everything (easy walk downtown). When we come back to nantucket we will most definitely be requesting to book this house again!! Thanks for a great stay John.

45B "Pleasant" is An Understatement

We've been going to Nantucket in the summer for almost ten years and 45B Pleasant is by far our favorite property we've stayed at to date. We had 3 couples on our trip (originally 4 but one had to cancel). The house has ample space for many, many, more with great bunk rooms if you are bringing kids. The kitchen and living/ dining areas are also great. You can't beat the location with comfortable walks to downtown and easy access to mid-island amenities like the larger Stop & Shop. Errol was a wonderful host. We were surprised with a welcome basket/beach bag that was stocked with local snacks and beverages and he graciouosly refunded our first night after our flight from NYC was cancelled and we had to delay our check in by a day. 45B isn't just "Pleasant," it's oustanding!!!

Spacious but needs a deep clean

Very nice kitchen/island, eating area, fire pit and bedding. Good gathering spaces. We had to ask for washcloths and hand towels twice before any arrived, and still not enough for 8. Fabric furniture and floors need a good cleaning. The third floor (dorm style room and one king) are really too warm to comfortably sleep. Both storm doors broken. The house was well done when renovated, just needs some sprucing up.

Perfect Bachelorette Weekend

I could not have picked a better house for my bachelorette weekend -- it was truly perfect. Amazing location (very easy to walk to Town, the Chicken Box, etc.) and so many fabulous amenities from the outdoor patio and fire pit, huge flat screen TVs, Miele coffee maker in the kitchen...the list goes on. Above all, Errol was a terrific host and made our experience absolutely seamless from when I booked that house last July to the week before our trip to the day we checked in and the day we checked out. I so appreciated how accessible he was via text, especially throughout the weekend whenever we needed anything. And, I can't forget to mention the absolutely gorgeous over-the-top spread of Nantucket goodies that was waiting for us at the house when we arrived! It was truly the most special touch and helped us kick off the weekend on such a high note. I feel so lucky that I found 45B Pleasant Street! Stay here!

The Perfect Home for our Nantucket Trip

We had a fabulous time in Nantucket and found this home to be the perfect place to stay. It was a beautiful old home that had been nicely updated, it was clean and spacious. The kitchen was perfect for our family to cook together and the fire pit in the back was great for before/after dinner. Also, the location, walking distance to the center of town, was really great as we didn't have a car and could easily walk there for groceries, to rent bikes, etc. The host Errol, was extremely responsive and accommodating. He even secured puzzles for us when we thought it would rain for most of the trip! There was a delicious tray of food waiting for us when we first arrived, which was much appreciated after taking a red eye to get to Nantucket. He also sent a very nice woman to drop off some additional refreshments and help answer any of our questions. All in all, our entire group couldn't be more pleased with 45B Pleasant Street!!

Beautiful Home in a Perfect Location

We enjoyed our stay in this Beautiful Home. It was conveniently located and was about a 10 to 15 minute walk into town. The house had large spacious bedrooms with great size closets. The beds and linens were extremely comfortable. Having 2 washers and 2 dryers to do laundry for our large party was extremely helpful. The kitchen was large and the island and large long table made gathering so delightful. The property owners were so accommodating and extremely generous with their welcome basket filled with snacks, beverages, and lots of goodies!! This Home is well kept and very clean. The 4 1/2 bathrooms were key for our our large group. We never ran out of hot water. If traveling to Nantucket I would highly recommend staying at this beautiful Home - Lots of Space for large parties and has a wonderful outdoor area as an extra bonus with patio lights and a fire table. Absolutely perfect!!

Great house

We filled up the 8 bedrooms. Very comfortable house. 3rd floor got a little warm. 3 bedrooms in middle floor share a bathroom, which was fine. Would rent again.

In-Town Luxury

The property is well-appointed with plenty of sumptuous beds and up-to-date baths and kitchen. New owner Errol and property manager Andre promptly addressed any of our needs. Welcome basket, including local fare and goodies, as well as bath packets - soaps, shampoo, conditioner, shower cap, etc., added a nice touch to our stay. New owners (since spring 2022) have already updated heating/cooling system and gutters. Some carpentry work (railings, steps) is still needed and will be addressed later this season. Overall, our family had a wonderful visit and enjoyed being walking-distance from the center of town for great shopping, dining and ice cream!

Beginning of an Annual Tradition?

This was a truly wonderful vacation with a group of friends (5 families) who have been taking vacations together for 10 years. This was the first time we rented a place and had the thought "Did we finally find our annual vacation house?" This beautiful house provides a luxury experience with all the amenities one would appreciate in a vacation home. From the small touches like a welcome basket and toiletry kits in each bathroom to the larger highlights like the outdoor shower, tvs in every room, fire pit, and grill (connected to the gas so you don't even have to worry about running out of propane which has totally happened to us before!) The location is amazing- 10 minute walk to downtown, 2 miles from Jetties and Steps Beach, very accessible to bike paths and 1/2 mile from the Stop and Shop shopping center which also had restaurants and a liquor store. The house was beautiful and well stocked with plenty of linens, towels, and beach towels for our group of 20. There were dressers in every room and closets in every room except the attic bedrooms. The bedrooms were large enough for pack and plays for the babies in our group. The multiple hang out spaces made it easy for our kids to play separately from the adults. The AC worked well and even kept the top floor cool enough (we still put the kids up there, but especially with the fans provided adults would also have been comfortable sleeping up there). The outdoor patio space was great for adults hanging out at night with lovely ambient lighting. We fed all 10 kids outside most meals and it easily sat 15 people and felt spacious even when all 20 of us were outside at once, which was great since we were a little worried about there not being grass for our small kiddos. There was also enough space to park the 9 bikes and 4 bike trailers we rented. The kitchen was well stocked, we didn't run out of dishes, wine glasses, pots or pans even when preparing multiple different dishes to accommodate our large group's many food needs. Errol and his property manager were very responsive and pleasant when we had questions before and during the trip. The main draw back for our group was only one bathtub, but we just bathed our kids two to three at a time and it worked out just fine. We loved our trip and can't wait to book for next summer!

House was absolutely perfect!!

Celebrated my 50th with family and friends and house was fabulous! Great location - 15 min. walk into town. Spacious bedrooms - beds were so comfortable. Large kitchen/dining area - great for eating together. Highly recommend this property!!!

Gorgeous huge house, great location

This house was perfect for us! We had a large group and everyone slept comfortably. The house was super clean upon arrival, and the kitchen and patio are great for gathering around and having some dinner and drinks in a space that fits the whole group! Location couldn't be better. Highly recommend!
