Be among of our first guests in this newly renovated 3 bedroom home. We are located in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood within 20 minutes of all of the amenities Las Vegas has to offer. From nights on the strip to hiking and boating, we are close to it all!
20 minutes from the Strip 20 Minutes from Lake Mead 10 minutes from Hiking spots 10 minutes to the heart of Green Valley/The District 45 minutes from Mt. Charleston
Very nice place to stay, very nice kitchen with all necessities. Very comfortable and nice. We took the trash out for the owners, but there was a microwave was wedged, so only part of the trash can emptied.
Our stay was fine. There was plenty of room for the two of us and the bed was comfortable. The kitchen was functional. The neiborhood was quiet and we took morning walks before the day got hot. There are a few housekeeping things that can be done. There are some torn curtains in the livingroom that should be repaired. Also the desk chair seat is torn. The couch is comfortable but needs cleaning. We could not find any dish cloths for cleaning dishes, and only one dish towel. A bath mat outside the tub would be nice so one would not have to stand on a cold floor. There was only one hand towel in the bathroom and the two wash cloths were old.
Beautifully remodeled home, quiet neighborhood, and great neighbors. Couldnât have picked a better spot. Ashley was more than accommodating with an early check in, and extending dates when deciding to stay longer. Highly recommend! You will not be disappointed! Will be back again the next time we are in town.
the location is nice a quiet, no traffic around the building. management was quick to resolve any issue i had. it is good for if you have plans during the day, and just use the spot to relax. i would rent again
Great Location Near American First Center and Downtown
We came to Henderson for ice skating. This place was nice, clean and near everything we needed: Rink, downtown area, food, stores. If we go back again, I will try to stay here again.

OK house
The house is older with some remodeling. Appliances are old.Neighborhood is a bit sketchy, but nothing concerning happened. Close to event we went to. Had an issue with wifi, host never responded to my msg
Very nice place to stay while visiting Las Vegas, Hoover Dam, and the Grand Canyon. The owner made sure we had everything we needed and the house was clean when we arrived.
Everything was clean. The beds were very comfortable. In addition to the Tea/coffee area, some instant or prepackaged coffee would be nice for we coffee drinkers. Luckily, I brought instant coffee. Everything that you would need was provided. I would have given 5 stars if the kitchen blinks had been replaced. They were missing or had broken slots in both kitchen windows. Also, some blinds in the living room would have added additional sunlight also providing some privacy. With just curtains and being on the end so many chances of people looking in. I don't know the neighborhood or neighbors and security makes you feel better about your surroundings.
We had a great experience staying at this clean spacious property. We felt at home, if we have come back this way this is our place to stay. Great neighborhood! Quiet easy access to the hwy and tourist attractions. Keep up the good work.
We had a great vacation in Vegas and this house was perfect for our family. The neighborhood was quite and the house was clean. It was a welcome place to come and rest in the afternoons and to sleep at night.
We were only about 15-20 miles away from everything we wanted to see. We took a trip to Red Rock Canyon, Southern Hills Church, the Vegas Strip, Petroglyph Trail, Seven Magic Mountains, Ethel M's, Hemenway Park (in Boulder City), the Lion Habitat, and the Ice Age State Park. My children ranging from ages 7 months to 16 years all enjoyed their time there and want to return for vacation again sometime.
The lock code didnât work when I arrived. Ashley responded very quickly to text though and we got in just fine with no problem.
Super quiet neighborhood. I played catch in the street with my kids for a couple of hours in the evening and we only saw a handful of cars.
It was a very pleasant stay and Iâd be happy there again if we need a place in the future.
Thank you--we loved our holiday stay at the property. Very comfortable and dog friendly. Great open space design and decor. The rooms were well appointed without clutter and were clean, fresh and new. Excellent rates, high value.
Things to know: the kitchen photos are 100% accurate. There really is no standard oven but there is a very good toaster oven (it might even be a convection oven). There is also a dual electric hot plate, a huge griddle and a microwave. All mini appliances together were perfect for our needs since we don't cook a lot while traveling. We boiled pasta water using the hot plates just fine.
The back yard is well fenced but we didn't spend much time there. The neighbors have a handful of dogs that barked up a storm every time they saw my dog, but other than that the neighbor dogs were surprisingly quiet. My dog was more comfortable in the front yard (vs the backyard).
Convenient location. Lovely home. Would definitely rent here again if the owner will have us.
Overall, we liked the location, affordability and the comfort of the home as opposed to a hotel/motel room during our five-day stay. However, please note these unfortunate drawbacks:
1.Front door dead bolt doesn't open or close without pulling on the door, if entering, or pushing on the door, if inside, to release pressure on dead bolt.
2. Laundry was not available to us due to non-functioning lock box where the key was located. Received no answer to texts and voice mail we left with phone call to emergency number. Consequently we purchased some clothing to wear at the wedding we were attending.
3. Instruction manual could be more detailed w/r to checkout procedures. TV use requires a lot of trial and error. Needs more instruction. Also, a favorite channel (MSNBC) not available. Why not, with so many other channels? One wonders if there is political bias in this choice?
My mothet in law stayed a week and laundry appliances were locked and unusable. Nowhere at all to sit outside. Not even a chair. Front door lock is horrendous. Had to get my local family member to help her to get in. Then took several minutes to lock the door a different day. Also better instructions should be given up front. When booking, it said i would receive an email with detailed instructions on how to access the home. Never got it. Had to go search out that info for myself.... even after a phone message that was never returned. Bed was comfy she said. Also could have used instructions on how to operate the portable type oven. Some people have never used those before.

A bit disappointing
The furnishings were okay, couch and beds comfortable, could use some maintenance and finishing touches; i.e., the toilet seat and bathroom vanity are loose and the light in the hallway needs a cover over the bulb. We saw a cockroach in the hallway, but otherwise the property was clean. Ample bath towels, but were provided with only one washcloth and hand towel for the four of us. Property looks better in the pictures, but don't they all? The price seemed very reasonable UNTIL it doubled after all of the fees and taxes were added on. My main gripe is that I asked about the possibility about an early check-in when I initially booked the property and again via messaging and a phone call to the owner after our arrival into town and never received a reply to any of those. Would have preferred a "Sorry, no can do" to no response at all. Would not recommend.
Pos ideas. Need patio furniture with unbrella for shade and lights. Landscaping would be nice. My butt hurts from sitting on the only thing available railroad log tie. We do vrbo regularly. To get people to revisit you above should be done
