In a luxury building with 24/7 security with concierge and an outdoor private swimming pool, you will find this superb 130m apartment. It is composed of an entrance with light, a guest toilet, fitted kitchen open to the living room, living room, walking closet, bathroom (shower and bath) and a master bedroom. All of the room have access to a panoramic terrace with a dining table that is ideal to take advantage of the mediterranean. The apartment also has a cellar and parking.
This property is equally ideal for a short term trip than to ask the monegasque residency. For longer term lease, pricing can be discussed and adjusted.
Legal considerations
The access to the flat is conditioned on the signature of a lease agreement which will set forth the details of the stay, the maintenance of the flat, the entrance and exit inventories and compliance with laws and the homeowners regulation in addition to the guarantee payment that is required. The agreement is provided in English prior to the check in on requests made by the guests. In the absence of a request the host will by his own motion provide the agreement by email. The listing ad contains the main principles of the stay while details are regulated by the applicable local law and the lease agreement.
Guests represent and warrant that they will use the flat as if it were theirs and the guarantee set is only indicative. In the event of damages, they will need to cover to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law all the damages they may have caused, which may in and of itself exceed the guaranteed amount. The host can ask the restoration of the premises to their initial state including the complete replacement or refurbishment further to damages. Reference is to be had to the agreement which will set forth the details of the terms of the stay based on entrance inventories. Guests represent and warrant they will hold the host harmless of any damages in case they donât follow the instructions provided on entrance. The guests represent and warrant that they will be registered at the premises for the entire duration of their stay and in the absence of the notification of a new address to the host, they will keep the registered address after they have left the flat. The registered address is only kept for the purpose of establishing jurisdiction and guests represent and warrant that they consent to the processing of their personal data for the purpose of their stay in accordance with the regulation 2016/679 (âGDPRâ) by making a booking.
Guests hereby agree that their booking with the host (as defined in the terms of services) on the platform (âPlatform Contractâ) and the contract entered into with the host (âLease Agreementâ), as the landlord, in order to enter the premises, will be governed by monegasque law. Any disputes arising in connection with the Lease Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Monaco.

The host lists the flat on a private occasional basis and does not intend to derive a business income in connection with the listing. The Lease Agreement entered into with potential tenants will be in principle fixed term contracts exceeding in principle 90 days and the host hereby disclaims any responsibility in connection with the management and running of a hotel service under applicable law. The host acts as an individual managing his own wealth and will derive (if applicable) rental income mainly for period lapsing between two long term lease agreements entered into with tenants outside the scope of platform.
