This ocean view villa is named "Kasa Kara" and is a lovely 3 bedroom Villa with pool and is located in perfect proximity to the seaside town of Montezuma and its many white sand beaches. The property where Kasa Kara is built upon is over 3,800 m2 and is located in a very quiet residential area and off of a private easement road. Within minutes one can drive into downtown Montezuma where you have a wonderful selection of restaurants and two super markets to shop at. All activities that the area offers are literally minutes away!

Upon entry into the house, one is greeted by a generous living room with immediate views spanning out into the garden and pool area through glass doors. The ground floor layout of the Villa is generous with a roomy living room, a large modern kitchen with a breakfast bar, and a main bedroom off to one wing with a shared full bathroom, a complete wall of sliding glass doors that open up to a covered deck that meets with the rest of the house and to the pool, and two large bedroom suites upstairs with a shared bathroom with a rainfall shower, as well as, a look-out terrace large enough for practicing yoga or spacious enough as a place to sit and enjoy jungle and ocean views. Upstairs one enjoys an ocean view spanning northeast and east out onto the Pacific Ocean.
