Includes a swing set for the kiddos & a canoe and kayak to explore the lake. Has a large yard great for frisbee, whiffle ball, glowstick freeze tag or lying on a blanket & gazing at the stars.
House is located at the end of cove with a dock for your boat or fishing the famous Lake Murray. A great blue heron & several breeds of ducks hang out around the dock on most days.
Nestled beside a large, old magnolia tree, a glassed sunroom allows an unobstructed view of the lake. A large deck with Adirondack chairs is a great place to watch the sun setting over the lake as the purple martins arrive for their summer vacation.
We invite you to come and enjoy your own private get-a-way at Magnolia on Murray. It's a three-bedroom house with 2.5 bathrooms. There is a queen bed in 2 bedrooms and a twin bed & twin bunk beds with a trundle in the third bedroom. Appliances include a full-size stainless refrigerator, gas stove/oven, microwave, and coffee maker. House has central heat and air and a propane grill for outdoors.
So bring a good book, your swimsuit, your fishing pole and come relax.
The house is located just 6 miles from beautiful Chapin, SC and 2 miles from Dreher Island State Park.

As pet owners ourselves we love providing you a place to bring your fur babies. We ask that you include pets when adding your number of guests and pay the $75 pet fee when booking. If you do not and we find that there have been pets in the home, we will be forced to charge additional fees.
