The vintage Lowcountry character of this old beach house has been endearingly refreshed and updated. One porch was dramatically enlarged and screened-in to overlook the private pool. The second porch transformed into a cozy sunroom.
The refurbished ground floor has en suite bedroom, washer/dryer nook and internal stairs to the main floor. A picnic table and outdoor shower with changing room are located under the shade of the house. Parking is available on two sides of this corner lot.
The prized corner lot position puts this home on a short side street with direct beach access. A small boat landing is steps away across the road, perfect for launching kayaks or a Jon boat to explore the saltmarsh creek.
