Tucked within a residential beachfront community, this beautifully expanded and updated raised beach home offers single-level living with split-floor plan.

Enjoy outdoor living on the screened porch with ceiling fans, 4-top table and rocking chairs as well as on the expansive covered back deck with peaceful setting, ceiling fans, 4-top table and bench swing.

The large kitchen conveniently opens out to the back deck, perfect for indoor/outdoor entertaining. The spacious carport provides abundant covered parking and has an enclosed outdoor shower. The beach is an easy walk away!

NOTE: Pop Pop’s Beach (4 BR/2 BA) and Pop Pop’s Beach in Summer (5 BR/3 BA) are the same rental home rented at different times of the year. The extra bedroom suite is available only in summer and select spring/fall weeks along with elevator use. In the off season, when the primary portion of the 4-bedroom home is rented, the extra bedroom suite (a lockout) remains unoccupied, as a courtesy.

AMENITIES: Cable TV-2 (1 flat screen), DVD-1, wireless internet, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig and drip coffee makers, ceiling fans, fireplace, washer/dryer, pack-n-play, booster seat, screened porch with rockers, 2 outdoor dining sets, outdoor grill, covered deck, enclosed outdoor shower, spacious covered parking, nearby access to 7 miles of soft sandy beach.

HOUSEKEEPING / LINENS: All short-term stays include departure clean service, bed and bath linens, and beds made upon arrival. Linens and housekeeping service are additional costs for monthly stays.

LENGTH OF STAY: Saturday to Saturday turnover. Partial week stays may be considered for last minute bookings. Monthly winter rental inquiries are welcome.

NORTH LITCHFIELD BEACH: Untouched by commercial enterprise, this residential neighborhood is coveted for its relaxed character and uncrowded stretch of sand. In addition to miles of beachcombing, the popular Waccamaw Bikeway passes through this area. Hop on the trail and head north to the fascinating Brookgreen Gardens or Huntington Beach State Park to explore the vibrant estuaries. Head south to shop, find great local dining and enjoy the Lowcountry vibe.

North Litchfield Beach is easily among the prettiest beaches in South Carolina and is locally prized for its uncrowded, quiet reputation. While it has several public access ways, the entire length of North Litchfield Beach is bordered by a residential community untouched by commercial enterprise. Grocery stores, popular dining venues, and local eclectic shops are conveniently close by however.

The North Litchfield Beach community resides along a bike path that meanders into Huntington Beach State Park where visitors can observe the beauty and wildlife of the Lowcountry sand dunes and wetlands. North Litchfield Beach is contiguous with Huntington Beach to the north and Litchfield Beach to the south, spanning 7 miles from end to end. The beach is characteristically wide with soft white sand bounded by low lying sand dunes and the blue-green ocean.

Just 2 miles away is Brookgreen Gardens, another local treasure. Brookgreen displays world renowned sculpture amidst acres of lush gardens and majestic oaks and offers miles of walking paths through what once was a working rice plantation. It is also home to the only accredited zoo on the Carolina coast, where you will see rescued native animals in their natural habitats.
