Condo was very clean when we arrived. Check in was easy, staff at the desk went out of their way to help us. Beach view was great , especially the sun rises. A few times finding a good parking space was difficult Over all we enjoyed our week at the beach.

This condo was such a wonderful surprise because it was immaculate. It was well supplied, and the owners kept in touch, letting us know what was expected upon checking in, checking out, and how to reach them if needed. We will definitely stay there again.

Kevin and Sharon, are the sweetest, their condo is very clean,and comfy. They checked in with us to make sure we got in ok,and, have everything we needed. I highly recommend booking this one! 2 minute walk onto the beach,so many shops,eateries,ICE CREAM! Get ready for sand in your toes and salty breeze in your hair. Smiles for miles and memories to last. 10 stars all the way! We will be back.

Condo was clean, nicely decorated and well kept. It had all of the comforts of home without having to take it all! The view was wonderful, the restaurant in the bldg next door was convenient and the parking garage that allowed for parking right by the floor entrance was very handy! My family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our stay and communication with Kevin was great! Will stay here again for sure!

Quiet section of Myrtle Beach, with plenty of sun and swim options for the family. The pools are not huge, however, we did not experience over crowding. The hosts were very communicative, and offered a well stocked unit. The beds were comfortable, sofa bed and couch cushions in excellent condition. We enjoyed a peaceful getaway and will definitely stay here, again!

This property was perfect for my family's 4th of July weekend. We had a great view of the fireworks show on the beach. The property was clean and equipped with everything we needed. My husband and I are already planning our next stay.

Everything was perfect, the checking in was Quick, the parking was close to where the room was located, the room was clean and just as advertised, the beach view was perfect, couldn’t have asked for anything more, everything you needed was there in the room. I wouldn’t love to live there permanently if I could. Wish I could pay monthly rent and live there till my time to pass.

Every thing was perfect except the weather(it was a little too cold and it rained all day Saturday). The big screen tv and the great dining more than made up for that. Also the lazy river was a blast.

Stores and Market & Deli owner and currently owner of a local handyman services. Sharon is a lifelong resident of myrtle beach and works long term in the auto dealership administration field. We love helping others and providing outstanding customer services. We are both clean freaks, but in a really good way.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We fell in love with the spectacular view from this property at first site, but needed major updates. So We spent about 6 weeks tearing out carpets and and installing new floors, new appliances, new paint and major cleaning. We are new to renting it out, but promise you a great experience with our Condo and the resort amenities.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The Oceanfront view and watching dolphins just calmed our souls, not to mention the beautiful sunrises over the ocean. The resort is also very close to the Springmaid pier for fishing, parasailing, and other water sports all the great restaurants, attractions, shopping, and incredible golf courses Myrtle Beach is famous for. Very close to market commons, Myrtle Beach State Park, and Myrtle Beach International airport.
