The 17th century flint Barn, originally housed an apple press and later horses. It retains the original ancient beams and boasts a beautiful stone fireplace in the salon. The conservatory leads onto the outside dining area and BBQ. The eat-in kitchen is well equipped and in country style. Our home is a relaxed haven which we want to share. Lovingly restored by our family.
Lawns and mature trees surround the Barn enclosed by iron gate (secure for dogs anns children) offering peace and relaxation also bountiful space for ball games and evening strolls.
The property is set on top of a hill within Honfleur with bountiful woodland walks on your doorstep. It is 1.5 km into the vibrant historic town of Honfleur which has the picturesque old port surrounded by shops , cafes , restaurants and galleries all within ancient cobbled streets. Market days are on Saturdays and Wednesdays with much to explore and buy!
Further afield , but only 12 km, lie the majestic beaches of Trouville and the racecourses and designer shops of Deauville.
