Walk, bike or inquire about renting our golf cart for a fun and easy trip to the beach. Whether you`re strolling your pup through the peaceful streets or cruising along the coast, this location is perfect for soaking in the laid-back beach lifestyle.

Inside, you`ll find:
** Three bedrooms: Two with queen beds and one with two twins-comfortably sleeps 6
** Fully restored interior with comfortable furniture, cozy beds with great cotton blend sheets, and a variety of pillow types. Portable fans, noise machines as well as black out shades. Good, quality sleep is important!
** A high end, tile shower in the main bathroom with towels and bath mats included. The twin bedroom has a half bath with toilet and sink.
** Well-equipped kitchen. Stainless steel appliances, granite counters, dishwasher, keurig and standard coffee maker. All cookware and utensils needed to prepare any meal.

Outside, you`ll find:
** A large parking area with room for multiple vehicles, boat trailers, and motorcycles. Ideal for families or guests with toys and gear!
**Spacious, covered porch with Adirondack chairs. Perfect for morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. A park style, charcoal grill, mounted just outside the front door.
** A 4 seater, gas golf cart available for rent. Special, low rates just for our guests.

With a prime central location, your rental allows easy access to the beach, golf, as well as the Murrells Inlet Marsh Walk -- offering dining, shopping, and entertainment. Stroll just down the street to find nearby restaurants and shops. Take a day trip to Myrtle Beach or Charleston.

Enjoy your own private home. There is a home next door but nothing is shared. The property is two homes beside each other and made to look like a duplex. Nothing is shared, including walls. It is a very neat and private setup. Come check it out!

This property has two homes next to each other, like a duplex, except it is not attached. The homes do not share walls or anything at all! You will have private porch and parking. Nothing is shared. Walk or golf cart less than a mile to garden city beach. I`m sure you will feel at home in this quiet, family friendly residential area. Located east of 17 business in Garden city. Close to Sarah J`s restaurant off Atlantic Ave. See marsh views at the end of the street. Enjoy golf carting, biking or walking around in this safe neighborhood.
Motorcycle friendly area!

Occasionally we may have a golf cart available to rent, if not there are many places in town to rent from. Inquire with host for more details.
Beach is less than a mile.

This home is for mature (25 and older) respectful guests only. No parties, fireworks or loud noise of any kind will be permitted. Motorcycles, mustangs, and stays for other events are welcome but no burn outs or reving up engines late at night.

Dogs allowed. If bringing more than one, reach out with breed and size information to obtain pet fee quote. Otherwise, pet fee is $75 for one dog.

This home has outdoor security cameras for property security. One on each porch, front and back. Once you arrive, recording will be turned off for your privacy.

No early or late checkouts without prior approval. The cleaners will arrive at checkout time to get started. Please make arrangements to depart on time.
*** Dogs are now allowed on a case by case basis. Light shedding or non shedding. Must be well behaved, non aggressive, house broken, not left alone unless crated.
