Welcome to Parksville! This single lever home is just 400 meters from the beach! Freshly renovated, 3 bedroom cozy cottage located right downtown. Just steps away from restaurants, shopping, and much more! Two full bedrooms (one with king size bed) as well as an office/den that doubles as a third bedroom with a queen-size bed. Whether you're visiting Parksville to enjoy the beaches and outdoors, or lodging for a visit to Mount Washington, this place has terrific proximity to all great things on Vancouver Island.

Please note: if your stay falls on a collection day we may ask you to pull garbage, recycling, or food waste bins to the curb outside during your stay, we will reach out to you beforehand. Thank you!

With the beach, restaurants, and shopping close by, vehicles aren't a necessity. However, if you are bringing one there's no need to stress about finding parking on the street as the driveway has ample room for 2-3 vehicles.

Parksville is also a great place to ride your bikes, go for a 30-minute ride to Coombs Country Farm and check out goats on the roof!

Great location and spacious!

We were in Parksville for short time and the location was great, the kitchen worked perfectly for dinner and we all had comfortable beds!

Great Stay

Our group of family and friends really appreciated this property. Beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms and really functional kitchen. We also loved the wild overgrown yard with grape vines and fruit trees.

A few days away

Great layout, clean and spacious. Had some issues with the key pad entry but quickly resolved thanks to the fast responses from the host! Excellent location, easy access to the beach. Would come here again in a heartbeat.

Nice place to stay

This 3 bedroom home was an excellent place for 3 adults. We each had our own bedroom, with very comfortable beds and good quality linen. The pillows were even comfortable. We found the shower stall off the main bedroom to be a very slippery so a bar to hold onto would make it safer. 6 adults would be too many for this VRBO as there would not be enough seating. The manager of the VRBO is very helpful and responds quickly to any questions or concerns.

Great for long family vacation

Do to the water use advisory, I understand the overgrown front yard but inside the home was great. AC in every room minus one off the dining room just don’t close the door. We only had the time for a nights stay but this would be great for a longer stay for families.

The house was great for our family trip - plenty of room and a well-equipped kitchen for cooking tasty meals together with fresh local produce. Spotlessly clean, abundant linens. A peaceful setting with expansive flowerbeds. The location allowed us to explore the area easily.

This place is the best place I have ever lived in. I enjoy cooking at home with my friends, drinking tea and chatting in the back yard. I recommend you to come and stay. One day is too short and I will stay for a long time next time.

Wonderful holiday home!

We just got back from our 2nd stay at this awesome vrbo. We love how nice it is to come "home" to after busy days seeing the sights of the island! It has everything needed to make it feel inviting, comfortable & relaxing. And only a 5 minute walk to the beach and playground to finish off the day! It was a definite 5 star stay last year, and was exactly that again this year!

Food: forgot to mention that Quality Foods has THE BEST Chinese Food!

We loved the yard, so natural - cute. The home had everything we needed, it was clean, spacious and a quiet neighbourhood. The only complaint, the couch was quite uncomfortable. Thanks so much!!

Great Spot

This place was immaculately clean, we were very impressed. Great location and house layout for anyone travelling with a family. Only thing that needs attention is the yard; I would have loved for the kids to roam and explore the backyard but it was overgrown and had thorny bushes. Otherwise we loved our stay 😊

Excellent stay at this recently renovated home that has character

Really comfortable stay. Well equipped home that has been furnished with attention with lots of nice touches. Great wild garden at the back. The beach is a five minutes walk and though it is close to a busy road you cannot hear any noise. Location is great: anything you need is within a 5 to 15 minutes walk. We will definitely be back.

Great location

Great location just off the main road in Parksville, 5 min to the park and beach. House was older but updated inside. only odd thing was the stove. Seemed like it was added in the kitchen afterwards with no counter space on either side.

This property was perfect for our family of four (kids are 12 & 14). We had enough space for our ski, bike and other sports gear, kids had their own rooms (very comfy beds) and we felt cozy relaxing in front of the fire place. We have been visiting my parents in Parksville for over 20 years and now that we travel with so much gear it was nice to have our own space and be only a few minutes away from them. We walked to the beach each day and local shopping is close by. Paul was very responsive to any questions we had. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We hope to be back again.

Excellent location in Parksville

My sister and I were looking for a place to take our Mom for a girls getaway for her birthday. This place was perfect - great location, well equipped and we all had our own bedrooms. We decided to eat dinner at the property and were pleased with the selection of dishes and kitchen equipment. There were a few small things that kept this from being 5 stars across the board - no facecloths in the bathrooms, a stained towel in one of the bathrooms and the shower in the main bathroom didn't work properly so it was only usable for a bath. Some of the wine glasses in the kitchen had lipstick on the rim, so needed to be washed before use. Not big things, but enough that it wasn't a perfect stay. That being said, we would stay here again. The host was very responsive when we had questions, which was great.
