Situated directly on the channel with easy access to Lake Poygan, it's a haven for fishing, boating, and snowmobiling.
Inside, you'll find a cozy yet modern interior featuring a fully equipped kitchen, inviting living and dining areas, and a sunroom perfect for unwinding. The expansive deck and yard provide ample space for outdoor dining, games, or simply relaxing by the water. Located just minutes from Fremont and a short drive to EAA - Oshkosh, Waupaca & Green Bay, this home offers both seclusion and convenience.
