Inspired by Scandinavian design, Pine View Home is a modern mountain retreat that offers over 3000 square feet of living space to unwind after a day out. Situated on heavily forested 5 acres and with large south facing windows, the house is the perfect place to reconnect with a slower way of life.
The kitchen is fitted with gourmet Bosch appliances and a massive quartz island/prep space for everyone to gather around before dinner. The dining table with two leaf extensions offers a comfortable sitting for 10. The living room has a modern Lopi wood stove with a Greenstart igniter.
The main level has an office with a queen bed and a full bathroom just across the hall. Upstairs you'll find the master bedroom with vaulted ceilings and en suite bathroom. Across from the master bedroom, you'll find two additional guest rooms - one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed. The two guest rooms share a full bathroom. There are two additional garden-level guest rooms. One has a king bed and en suite bathroom and the other one has a queen bed with a bathroom across the second living room. Each room has a spacious closet and most bedrooms have at least a 32" Roku TV.
Additional information:
- Guests have access to a fully finished laundry room with a full size fridge.
- 55" flat screen TV with Roku (one in each living room)
- High-speed Wi-Fi (300 mbps)
- In the winter, it's a good idea to bring your own slippers for extra coziness.
- In the summer, there's a propane gas grill available (Napoleon Rogue 425).
- Due to county regulations, no bonfires are allowed at this time.
Upon arrival, please review the welcome binder to make your stay as seamless as possible. We have included a list of recommendations of "Things to Do" and "Places to Eat."
