This mid-century oasis offers a welcoming, relaxing space with views of the mountains and incredible outdoor area for entertaining, and enjoying the Palm Springs sunsets. Located in the peaceful residential neighborhood of Racquet Club Estates, designed by architectural icon William Krisel, this spacious three-bedroom home is designed around indoor-outdoor living. Perfect for family getaways, couples' retreats, girlsâ weekends, or a remote work escape.
The Racquet Club Estates is know for it's stunning mid-century modern architecture. It's about a 5 minute drive from the center of town.
Youâre renting the entire house. The whole house and yard are yours exclusively to enjoy.
With an open concept, this house boasts 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen, spacious living room, dining area, outdoor lounging areas, pool, hot tub, and AC throughout.
Prepare your meals in the fully stocked kitchen with modern cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and more.
The adjacent dining area can seat 6 comfortably, while the adjoining stylish living room is furnished with a comfortable sectional sofa, lounge chair with ottoman and smart tv.
The primary bedroom features a King bed, an ensuite bathroom shower/tub with rain shower, desk workspace and direct access to the hot tub.
The âmiddleâ bedroom features a Queen bed and Smart TV. The third bedroom is perfect for a slumber party with two double beds, Smart TV, and plenty of closet space. Both bedrooms share a modern hall bathroom with tub and shower.
The outdoor space is the highlight of the property, with resort style swimming pool and striking mountain views, a dining area with table for 6, above ground hot tub, fire pit with seating, outdoor shower and peaceful patio with comfortable chaise lounges.
There is a fee to heat the pool depending on the time of year, message us for details.
Please note, guests do not have access to security alarm and any charges incurred due to false alarms will be billed to guests.
Minimum rental age for all guests is 25 or accompanied by parent or legal guardian. No groups larger than 6 regardless of age) and no parties. Palm Springs has strict noise ordinances for vacation rentals which must be followed. All house rules, which will be available to you before arrival and in the house book at the house, must be followed.
Check in time is 4pm, check out is 10am. Early check in and/or late check out may be available for an additional fee. POOL heat is available for an extra fee. Please ask us if interested.
Pet fee for 1 dog is $125 plus.
On rentals of 28 nights or longer there is no city bed tax, but the renter is responsible for the entire gas and electric bills from check in to check out, based on meter reads. A utility deposit, which is in addition to the security deposit, will be taken to guarantee payment of the utility charges.
The City of Palm Springs requires an additional written contract which you will be sent before your arrival. The city also requires that renters supply a copy of their government issued ID and license plate numbers of personally owned vehicles.
PLEASE NOTE: All legitimate, licensed vacation rentals in Palm Springs follow city-wide vacation rental laws to remain in business. These include occupancy limits, good neighbor policies, party-free homes, the collection of separate bed taxes, no outdoor music permitted, minimum age of 25, and an actual contract signed by the responsible renter. This adds an extra step to the quick AirBnB booking process, but we believe you will find our beautiful Palm Springs property is worth the extra effort.
