Bienvenue Ă  Lapis Bleu, un Ă©lĂ©gant appartement spacieux situĂ© au rez-de-chaussĂ©e, Ă  quelques pas seulement de la plage d’Orient Bay Ă  Saint-Martin.



IdĂ©alement placĂ©, l’appartement se trouve Ă  proximitĂ© immĂ©diate des restaurants, de la boulangerie et des activitĂ©s de la baie. Vous profiterez Ă©galement d’un accĂšs direct Ă  la piscine de la rĂ©sidence et Ă  la plage.



L’appartement comprend deux grandes chambres lumineuses, chacune Ă©quipĂ©e d’un lit king-size et de sa propre salle de bain (l’une sans toilettes, avec un second WC sĂ©parĂ© Ă  l’entrĂ©e).



La cuisine moderne et entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e s’ouvre sur un vaste espace salon et salle Ă  manger, crĂ©ant un lieu convivial pour partager vos repas.

Quiet Lovely Apartment

We loved the peace and quiet of the apartment complex, and how close it is to our favorite beach bar and the village market. The vegetation around the grounds gave the apartment a secluded feel. The interior was very nice and had everything we needed for our stay.

Lots of clean, up to date space a short walk from the beach and great restaurants. Beach chairs, umbrella, and towels were all on hand. Felt like home for the four nights we were there. Easy drive to Grand Case for more food and shops. It's the quiet side of the island, so don't expect clubs and loud bars (there are bars, just not particularly loud ones!). Orient Beach itself is lovely.

St. Marten Awesome Get Away

The property was in a perfect location and stocked with everything we needed. The beach was just a walkway away, filled with beach bars and restaurants. The ‘village’ gave us endless options for fine dining in the evenings! Convenient coffee and grocery options! Just a great experience in the St. Maarten VRBO rental.

A Wonderful Stay at Lapis Bleu – Perfect for a Family VacationMy family and I had an amazing time staying at Lapis Bleu during our summer vacation in Saint Martin. The apartment was clean, stylish, and very comfortable—perfect for our family of four.The master bedroom features a king bed and a spacious en-suite with a shower, double sinks, and toilet. The second bedroom also has a king bed and its own bathroom with a shower and sink (note: no toilet in this one), plus there’s a convenient half-bath near the entrance.The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to cook meals, and the in-unit washing machine was a helpful bonus. We were provided with two sets of keys and it took a while to figure out which key worked where. Once inside the patio and pool area, you can’t exit the gated property without a key—some might find that inconvenient, but we liked the peace of mind knowing our kids couldn’t wander off.The location is great—just a short walk to the beach and to the shops and restaurants of Orient Bay. During our stay in July, the seaweed (sargassum) on Orient Beach was fairly heavy, but we easily drove to several other nearby beaches on the island’s west and south coasts that were clear and beautiful.Overall, we had a fantastic experience at Lapis Bleu and would absolutely recommend it. Saint Martin truly lives up to its name as 'The Friendly Island', and this rental made a great home base for exploring it all.

Great Location, Spacious Accommodations, Excellent Condition

Thoroughly enjoyed the unit & location with a few exceptions: 1. TV programming was not current. Only news channel was CNN and no current US sports programming. 2. It would have been helpful to have written English instructions for the washer/dryer & stove. 3. The 2nd BR bath did not have a toilet. Had to use powder room in the entry so technically not a full bath.

Absolutely beautiful

Lapis Blue was absolutely perfect from the start! Christine and her partner made sure we felt comfortable, and answered my MANY questions I had before and during the stay. The place was within walking distance to the beach and restaurants, which was a plus! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend to others

Perfect Location in every way

If one is looking for maximizing their stay without having to drive the entire island, this property is a few steps from a dozen excellent restaurants in Orient Beach, a few steps from one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, and a few steps from the pool. While we did rent a car, we only drove it on the first day, COVID-19 test day, and the last day. Every thing we need is here. My only complaint is the maintenance of the community fresh water system basically cut water completely from the neighborhood for 24+ hours on two separate occasions. It would have been nice to have that information earlier....no shower, no toilets for 2 of 7 days. The manager Christine did give us notice once we arrived (we were able to hoard volumes of water for flushing ahead of time). With that little issue out of the way, the property manager was available when needed, but she was not bothersome. The place was immaculately clean and was equipped with all of the necessary appliances. There is a local general store within 300m, as well as one of the most quaint - quality - friendly little breakfast restaurants we have every frequented (Good Morning). In previous years we have rented units throughout Orient Village. All of them are well cared for, this one is no exception. We will be returning.

Lapis Bleu

Terrific accommodations and location, short walk to beach, restaurants and shops. The shared pool was beautiful and new landscaping creates a warm tropical look and feel. Christine kept us abreast of local developments as the island works to get back to normal.

Our Great Vacation in Lapis Bleu

Christine was an excellent property manager. She was always quick to reply to our questions ahead of our trip. She arranged a taxi to pick us up at the airport and came to meet us after we had settled in to answer any further questions. It was our first time booking with VRBO but after this experience we will definitely do it again. The place was very clean, and well maintained. Loved it.

Beach apartment the best!

Christine was an excellent host. The apartment was very open, great patio off living area. Kitchen well equipped and right in the heart of Orient village. Just steps away from restaurants, grocery and the best — the beach. Beds were comfortable. You can go wrong with this rental.
