The new Mallard Golf Club is within walking distance from the residence 3-miles. (McNeese State University, Downtown area, Prien Lake Mall, Casinos, & so much more! With I-210 only blocks away, traveling anywhere to and from Lake Charles is a breeze. Everything Lake Charles has to offer is within a 15 minute drive, including Country Club Golf Course at the Golden Nugget. Our home has many Smart home features, fast wifi & parking.

Great House! We enjoyed our stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. We were only 2 min away from the soccer fields and that was so nice! We came back to the house between games to have lunch. This location is very convenient. The house was very clean and smelled nice. I appreciated that I could park in the garage. It is a very quiet neighborhood. And, the Wi-Fi was fast! Excellent house and the host was very helpful in answering a couple of questions I had. Thank you!!!!!

Weekend Casino Trip

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this property. The host was very responsive when I had questions before booking. The home was nice and exceptionally clean. The location was perfect. We only had to drive a few minutes away to everything we attended. Would definitely book again when visiting Lake Charles.

First time in Lake Charles!

My family and I had a great time staying at this property. The amount of rooms and bathrooms were perfect for our group. Everything was clean and the location was close to everything.

The place was very clean & felt safe in the area of location… Very well supplied & close to a Walmart for any necessities we needed…Easy access to get in to the property & the host was very helpful throughout our stay…Definitely hope to stay there again when in Lake Charles…

Great Property

My family and I stayed 4 nights. The home was clean and cozy. The location is great - close to stores, restaurants and a major freeway. Check-in and checkout was seamless. Communication with the host was great. I will attempt to book this property again when in the area.

Cleanest property I've stayed at

I can't say enough good things about this property. Even better than the pictures. It was VERY clean, the location was perfect, and every member of the family was comfortable. The common area was spacious and homey, but the rooms had enough separation that everyone had privacy. It was a treat to have the option to come and go through the garage. The kitchen has extras like air fryer etc, and a nice big pantry. The master has a huge soaker tub/shower combo, and spacious walk-in closet. It was awesome to have a washer and dryer. It was also a pleasant surprise not to have a ton of chores before checkout. Bottom line, I highly recommend, and I hope to stay here again any time I'm in Lake Charles.

Relaxing

When we arrived, the location was excellent. It wasn't hard to find, & the yard and cleanliness of the property was great. The inside was great as well. My sister's and I stayed for our yearly revival with out church and the atmosphere was great for prayer with how clean the house was. We were able to relax, worship, pray and play games without worrying if something was broken or unclean. The only thing was, we had to purchase pots and pans to cook in and one of the shower curtain has to be replaced. Other than that, everything was great. The security helped us greeksafe as well. Thank you for sharing your property. Would definitely recommend.
