Great apartment in the center of Albufeira, integrated in a holiday condominium.
The apartment has a big terrace with ocean view and big windows. The apartment is very bright and has a excellent sun exhibition (all day facing south).

From July 31st to August 5th there will be a less than 7 day minimum stay allowed at 120€ per night.

From November 18th to December 15th included, the price is 45€ per night !

From December 16th to December 31st included, the price is 55€ per night !

The space
The best aspect about this apartment is, without a doubt, its wonderful swimming pool and surrounding area.
Here you can start every morning with a swim while enjoying the amazing view of Albufeira and the ocean.
You may also want to have your lunch or dinner outside on the terrace with your family.
There is 1 bedroom equipped with a safe and also 1 living room equipped with two sofa beds. So we can sleep a total of 4 people.
Of course all the bed linens and towels are provided
For best comfort in the summer there is air conditioning.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything needed to prepare a good meal
This apartment is located right in the center of Albufeira, just a five-minute walk to the beach, and all services at your doorstep.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
The location is really great!
Located at the top of Albufeira's old town with extraordinary sea views.
Only a short walk to the beach, shopping mall and city center.

HOUSE RULES
- No smoking in the apartment, only on the terrace.
- Close the water, air conditioning and windows when you leave the apartment.
- Always carry a key with you when you go out.
- Please take out the trash before you leave.
- Please leave the apartment in a clean condition as you found it when you arrived.
- Please keep in mind that you are not alone in the building. (avoid making noise and respect your neighbors)
- If there is an accident or breakage in the apartment, please let me know immediately.
- If there is a question or problem that needs to be resolved, please let me know immediately.
-If you have to leave very early in the morning or very late at night and you cannot see LINA before leaving the apartment,
PLEASE DO NOT FORGET TO LEAVE US THE KEYS BY PLACING THEM ON THE DINING ROOM TABLE.

- The apartment has been aproved by the city hall of Albufeira.

- The apartment has been approved by the tourist office of the Albufeira town hall.

- Late arrival at night is possible.
You will have access to a key box with the key of your apartment and we will give you
the code as soon as we are aware of your arrival.

- In case of late arrival, you will find a box containing the key of your apartment and the code will be given to you as soon as your reservation confirmed.
