Fantastic 2 bedroom fully-equipped apartment in Travelers Rest, SC on a quiet road with great sunsets.
Minutes from so many things to do & see- restaurants and bars, shopping, hiking & fishing, the Swamp Rabbit Trail, Furman University, downtown Greenville, thereâs even a local rodeo and dirt track racing...
There is a reason the greater Greenville, SC area is America âs Coolest New Weekend City- Art, food, and waterfalls as tall as buildings.
The space
Even though there are many eating options in the area & you will have your own kitchen, Lin would consider preparing or helping prepare some delicious, nutritious meals.
We are on a quiet road with great sunsets.
Sitting on the front porch youâll catch the sun going down right behind our horse neighbors Abby-the white one & Shyann-the painted one.
At 1996 Little Texas Road the apartment can sleep 6 comfortably and has a fully equipped kitchen & laundry room. The private entrance is just off the driveway. The large backyard is completely fenced in & we are pet friendly. Our 2 dogs Blaze & Creed are friendly as well as entertaining. The backyard also has gardens, places to sit out & a campfire area.
The front & side yards feature vegetable & flower gardens as well as fruit trees.
PLEASE READ IF YOU ARE BRINGING A DOG!
*We are dog owners & want to AVOID automatically charging a pet fee but there are rules to be followed:
Dogs allowed downstairs (laminate flooring). No dogs upstairs(carpeting). No dogs allowed on furniture. You may borrow a dog bed and/or a dog crate if needed. Dogs need to be crated if left alone in the apartment.
We have a large fenced in yard & your dog is welcome to romp around in it, with or without our dogs.
We are dog lovers... but also must be realistic about the damage they can do.
There is a $150 SECURITY DEPOSIT REQUIRED when booking if bringing a dog. This is REFUNDED RIGHT AFTER YOUR STAY, if house rules have been followed & there is no damage or extra mess (excessive dog fur everywhere).
If there is a problem which requires attention, you will be charged $30/hr EXTRA CLEANING FEE. The rest will then be returned to you.
I will contact you at time of booking, & the deposit & refund will be easily handled.
