This home is family friendly and suitable for gatherings of up to 10 people.

Enjoy a scenic drive up a paved and winding mountain road passing by a charming waterfall along the way. Access the private mountain top property by turning onto a short, maintained gravel side road. Enjoy beautiful unobstructed mountain views soon as you enter the home from the open living room and kitchen windows. Master bedroom and queen bedroom also have mountain views.

It is easy to kick back and relax here on the large and comfortable leather sectional and ottoman in the living room, sitting in the ambience of the modern gas fireplace. The living room also has a black leather swivel reclining chair and two wooden rocking chairs that face the Mountain View’s from the large living room windows.

The Kitchen is equipped with everything needed to entertain, share home cooked meals and prepare for holiday gatherings. There is a gas oven range and stainless-steel appliances. A coffee station has a coffee maker and a Keurig with complimentary Star Bucks Keurig cups and some tea options are also provided. There is a 10 top dining room table and three counter stool seats in the dining room.

There are 10 patio seats for outdoor eating on the deck, along with two lounge chairs, a gas grill, and a hot tub spa overlooking the mountain views. The deck is easily accessed from the main living areas.

Upstairs In the Primary bedroom there is an amazing mountain view, cathedral timber frame ceiling, a king size bed with a Tempur-Pedic mattress, a 2-person electric reclining sofa, extra-large smart streaming TV, a large dresser and a walk-in closet.

The primary bathroom has a double shower enclosed with large glass, luxury double soaking tub, and two separate sink vanities. Two spa robes are available hanging in the master closet.

The second upstairs bedroom has a comfortable and modern king pull out sofa bed where guests can sleep and/or enjoy a sitting room with a Large smart TV, a DVD collection and small library.

There are two guest rooms downstairs, one with a queen bed, dresser and smart TV. The other bedroom has a bunk bed with two full size beds and a single trundle bed underneath, a dresser and smart TV. All mattresses are luxury memory foam.

The outside property is worth exploring. There is a natural rock boulder garden, fire pit with provided firewood, four Adirondack chairs around the fire pit, extra chairs under the deck and expansive grass yard with wooded privacy all around.

This home is equipped with a generator to keep guests comfortable in case of a power outage.

You will be sure to enjoy your stay here without having to leave, but you will also be close to many fun things to do in Asheville and the surrounding area.
