Steps from the beach, this bright and beautifully decorated two-bedroom, two-bath, 3rd-floor villa is the perfect location for your next visit to Hilton Head. It is all about proximity in South Beach, you are less than five minutes walking to the beach with no crowds, a local dolphin pod and gorgeous sunsets over the Calibogue Sound. Rinse off on your way back at the new shower station located in the center of the complex near the bike storage racks.

Whether you are staying a few days or a few weeks, this property has been designed with comfortable living in mind. With all new flooring, furniture, wall treatments and lighting, you will notice designer finishes in every room creating a luxurious and relaxing space. The open concept and vaulted ceilings give the great room a spacious feel when hanging with the family, enjoying a movie or game night. The fully-equipped kitchen has ample storage, granite counters and is well stocked for preparing meals at home. The dining room seats four comfortably, with extra room at the breakfast bar. Enjoy sunrises on the balcony and the sweet smell of the salt air. Relax in the evenings listening to the sounds emanating from Braddock Cove.

The primary suite is a calm retreat with king platform bed, spacious closets and an adjustable desk for the remote worker. The guest bedroom shines for any age, with a queen roll arm bed and full-size trundle, so there is room for everyone. Plus, the nest chair will be in high demand! There is a stacked washer and dryer in the guest closet and the bath just across the hall. The entry hall has a built-in mud room locker for all your beach gear.

This villa is conveniently located by the lively South Beach Marina where you will find the community pool and playground, local celebrity Macaws Green Bean and Cherokee, and seasonal kids' activities free and fun for all ages! There is a Racquet Club, along with bike rentals, water sports and fishing, a general store and, of course, the Salty Dog Cafe. Absolutely fantastic property

I’m always leery of property’s that say “short walk to the beach”. But, this was very true! The property was immaculate . 5 minute (probably less) to Salty Dog. Walk to the beach was max 5 minutes. The welcome bag inside the condo was such a nice thoughtful touch. This property made it to our favorites list!

Updated and Spacious Sea Pines Retreat

Amazing Week In HHI

We had an amazing week in South Beach! This villa was absolutely gorgeous and a perfect location to great food, music and the beach. We’re regulars of South Beach so we just felt at home. I will say, this villa was very kid friendly between board games, children’s books and a high chair. The attention to detail is fantastic. Would highly recommend for a small 4 person family. Thanks again for making us feel at home and for the family memories!

Excellent location, tastefully decorated and very clean. The South Beach location is quiet and easy to navigate to beaches, restaurants, and biking trails. We are already planning our return trip.

We loved the easy, short walk to what I believe is the loveliest stretch of beach on the island . The condo was spotless, and the beds comfortable. We did find it awkward being on the third floor with no elevator...moving in and moving out was a bit of a chore. The location was quiet, albeit without a view to speak of. We enjoyed our 4 nights completely

I have visited HHI for over 30 years and this was my favorite property yet! We especially enjoyed the proximity to South Beach Marina and all of the restaurants, shops, etc. Also, the beach access was ideal and we liked the privacy. Looking forward to returning soon!

Lovely villa in a great location

My mother in law died suddenly and was being buried in Hilton Head Island so I had to find accommodations. My daughter had two requirements, a residence near a beach and she found this gem. Been going to HHI for decades, staying in Sea Pines, but never in the South Beach area. Highly recommend and will stay again!
