NEW PROPERTY TO VRBO/AIRBNB- Welcome to this property that has been totally renovated with a new kitchen and 2 new full bathrooms. The open concept of the dining and living area is perfect to hang out with family and friends. The cottage has been beautifully appointed with a tasteful coastal flair. This property will have all the comforts of home with high end mattresses and linens. The newly constructed front covered porch is the perfect place to hang out after a long day at the beach. Dine alfresco on the new stone patio located in the backyard or enjoy the sunsets in the screen in back porch. The cottage has A/C, Wi-Fi and two TV's. Walk to the 2 private beaches and a DOCK. Launch the kayak into the Padanaram harbor. Take a walk over the Padanaram bridge into the Village where you will find Farm & Coast Market, restaurants and shopping.

*******Round Hill beach is our beautiful town beach that is about 3 miles going over the bridge. If you are interested in a Round Hill beach pass please go to https://www.town.dartmouth.ma.us/ and go to the bottom of the page and click on apply for Permits and fill in the information along with your registration and the lease agreement. Please do this a week before or so before the check in day.
We have a double kayak at the beach for you to enjoy our harbor. The house has parking for 3 average size cars.

Our stay was wonderful at the lookout cottage! We had everything we needed and it’s a beautiful property. We love the neighborhood.

Clean. Comfy. Perfect getaway!

Super clean and comfy. Renovated and supplied with everything you could need. Pet and family friendly. Easy to communicate with owners who were very responsive and happy to help. Easy walk to little beach at bottom of street or into the village. We got the beach permit to Round Hill and went every afternoon. Close to our family reunion. Loved it!

Great family spot

My husband and four young children stayed here for a week and found the accommodations to be fantastic. I’ve been vacationing in Padanaram every summer since I was a little girl, and I am used to the quaintness of my grandmother’s cottage, so I was a bit apprehensive on renting for the first time. I was pleasantly surprised that this home maintains the character of the location. We had everything we needed, and even things we didn’t expect to be provided—beach chairs, shovels/buckets for the children, etc... we would definitely recommend this rental if you’re staying in the area. The beach access and location to town is worth it in and of itself.

All furnished for comfort and relaxation in mind, high end sheets, mattresses, sofas and towels etc. You will fall in love with the back 3 seasonal screened in porch. Cook in the fully supplies kitchen or grill on the Weber grill and eat alfresco on the new stone patio.
