This split-level townhouse is located in Bayside at Bethany Lakes, just a short drive to the ocean and the town of Bethany Beach. The main floor offers a half-bathroom and an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area. A spacious front deck overlooks a community gazebo. Vaulted ceilings and strong natural lighting accent the space. The second floor offers a primary bedroom with a private balcony and en suite bathroom with double vanity, two additional bedrooms, and a hall bathroom.
The Clubhouse offers an indoor pool, jacuzzi, expansive outdoor pool, game room with ping pong table, pool table, arcade machine, foosball, grand room with big screen TV, two poolside grills, fitness room, and a card room guests are welcome to use. Outdoor games include bocce ball, horseshoes, and croquet. Board games and DVDs are also available.
If you want to use the neighborhood amenities during your stay, including the indoor and outdoor swimming pools and Clubhouse, you must pay a Facilities Access Fee directly to the neighborhood. Payment must be sent at least 10 days prior to rental check in. It is not possible to pay on site or during a rental period.
The fees are charged per person for those age 6 and older as follows:
- $6.50 per day per person (minimum of 3 days) OR
- $45 per week per person
The payment must include: the unit number (#143), dates of facilities access and the number of the renters requesting access. If this information is not provided, there may be a delay in access.
Guests will receive a key FOB for access. Guests must return the key FOB to the check-in office or guests will be charged for replacement. All guests must abide by all community rules.

A fee will be charged for any missing garage opener, FOB, or permit.
For use of amenities, guests are required to pre-register and pay a resort fee. The resort fee from May 15 to September 15 is $45 per person per week or $25 per person for 3 days or less. The resort fee from September 16 - May 14 is $30 per person per week or $20 per person for 3 days or less. Guests opting to use the amenities must pay ahead of time and will receive a key FOB for access. Guests must return the key FOB to the check-in office or guests will be charged for replacement. There is also a limited day pass option: Daily passes are $10 per person per day and will be available on a limited basis (M-F excluding holidays starting at 9:00 a.m.). No key FOBs are available for daily use. All guests must abide by all community rules, including signing in and out of the Clubhouse.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
