This six-bedroom home is located on the ridge between the marina and Pacific side of this development and offers spectacular views of the water. This home offers you plenty of amenities for your family vacation or your business retreat. You are also just a short drive to downtown Cabo San Lucas where you can enjoy all of the nightlife, dining and shopping the town has to offer.

Awesome vacation

The staff was perfect all the way around. The food was top notch along with every other service we needed. Highly recommend this staff and house for any group that is wanting to be pampered and have a large time.

Wonderful Cabo vacation

Villa Maria is a luxurious and spacious vacation property. The bedrooms, bathrooms and living spaces are beautiful and comfortable. The private pool was a hit with everyone, and the view is incredible. Our chef, Alejandro, was absolutely amazing, and really made our vacation wonderful.

Great Location

We stayed in a staffed villa and had an incredible time exploring the nearby beaches and mountains. The villa was the perfect home base for our adventures, with luxurious amenities to come back to at the end of the day. The staff were so helpful in organizing our excursions, and the concierge service was fantastic in helping us plan some truly unforgettable experiences, like zip-lining and ATV tours. We highly recommend Villa Maria to anyone looking for an adventure-filled vacation.

Amazing experience

This is my third trip to this property. Love it! The view is breathtaking and the pool and hot tub were lovely. The lower deck fire pit seating area with its view is also superb. However, as great as all of that was, it paled in comparison to our butler, Ulysses, and our chef, Alex. As a confirmed foodie, Alex is a young, instinctive chef with a seriously talented palate. His creations blew ME away and that is an accomplishment. Ulysses made sure we wanted for nothing during our trip. His bartending and customer service skills were replete. Can’t wait to go back again!!!

Villa Maria - paradise!

Everything about our trip was exceptional. We had first class service from Jeronimo (our concierge) who helped make sure all the pre-planning went smoothly. The margaritas, guacamole and salsa when we arrived were a huge hit. Our chef Jose was excellent. He was so sweet and accommodating and even cooked the fish we caught as a last-minute request. He prepared at three different ways and it was excellent! Our butler, Carlos, was the bomb! So sweet and attentive and willing to help with any request. The housekeeper did an excellent job and was a very sweet girl. The property manager was Johnny on the spot when needed. As for Villa Maria, I’m not sure there are enough words to describe it. The house and grounds are beautiful and the views are to die for! It was so relaxing to sit around the pool from the very beginning of the day to the bitter end. We appreciate LuxMex and everything they had to offer and will definitely utilize their service again! Thank you for making my husband‘s 60th birthday celebration a huge hit!

Amazing!!!

We came here last minute when our trip to the Bahamas was cancelled. It was such a wonderful trip. Jeronimo got everything set up for us with very little notice - everything from golf and snorkeling excisions to meal service and groceries. Everyone at the villa was amazing. And the property - gorgeous!! We are so glad dare brought us here would definitely stay here again

Incredible Stay

Gorgeous home with breathtaking views and a perfect location. We've stayed at many villas and this was our favorite. Four families and lots of teens yet we still had plenty of room and privacy. What makes the home extra special is the amazing staff that made us feel like we were on a true vacation. The attentive, professional, and kind staff ensured we were well taken care of all day long. We will definitely be back.

Sam's 50th Birthday Extravaganza

Villa Maria and the staff exceeded our expectations! The house was so warm, beautiful and invitng...perfect for a 50th birthday party! Everything was even better than described in the VRBO listing. Sleeps 12+ very easily and the house is layed out well. Everything was in working order and if we had any requests or concerns, Betty (the house conceirge), was there and ready to help! The food was great and the chef was ready to cook! I would highly recommend Villa Maria...We can't wait to go back!
