Bénéficiant d'une vue imprenable sur l'océan et d'une piscine chauffée en bord de mer et d'un bar tiki, vous ne voudrez plus jamais partir! Que vous vous allongiez dans un hamac, savouriez des boissons glacées de la cabane tiki, regardez les levers et couchers de soleil sur l'eau depuis votre véranda enveloppante ou détendez-vous simplement au bord de la piscine, cette retraite côté océan offre tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour profiter d'un petit coin de paradis dans les Florida Keys. Best view in the Keys

We had a great week at Island View. The house was well appointed and had a very well stocked kitchen. Pool was fantastic. Dock was safe. We were there through Hurricane Helene and the owners were very helpful and supportive. The house was so strong you couldn't even feel the wind.We felt very safe the whole time. Would love to come back another time!

Highly Recommended

Everything about this property is wonderful. We had everything we needed - and so much more! We enjoyed it all, from the well-appointed house to the pool, the tiki hut, and the hammock. The location is fabulous, and it was great to just wake up in the mornings, hop on the boat and go. We never wanted for anything. I highly recommend this property for family fun. You won’t want to leave.

This stunning paradise surpasses all expectations. With its expansive open space, it gives the impression of a secluded island while providing all the amenities you could desire. Kelly, an incredibly hospitable host, ensures you feel completely at ease. We are immensely grateful to her and her family for opening up their home to us. Beautiful Home, Amazing Views!

Over the years, we've stayed at several very nice oceanfront homes in Florida. This house is our clear favorite! The views are stunning and the home is immaculate. The large lot provides an added degree of privacy which added to our enjoyment of the pool, tiki hut and abundant deck and patio spaces. The house is very clean, kitchen is well-stocked, beds are linens are comfortable, Wifi signal is good, the neighborhood was quiet and there was plenty of space for our group of 5. The owners, Kelly and Bill, are very pleasant and answered our calls promptly whenever we had a question. We fished daily from the dock and caught many fish. There are a number of good restaurants within a 10-minute drive. We enjoyed the property so much, we rarely left it except for groceries and dinner. Everything about the property exceeded our expectations even though we saw the photos and read the reviews prior to our trip.

Beautiful oceanfront property! Well furnished home. Very clean and comfortable. Well stocked with amenities. Kelly was great with communication. Quiet street, no thru traffic. Nice, friendly neighbors. Direct access to the Atlantic if you're boating. Overall, a wonderful place to stay!

The home is bright and airy and decorated wonderfully. Very clean and well stocked. The pool and tiki bar were the icing on the cake. We couldn't have been happier and will definitely re-book. Made for a wonderful vacation.

Absolute Dream Home

This was our first trip (from Pennsylvania) to the Keys. We planned the trip as a graduation gift for our son since he wanted to go fishing for Mahi. We chose Kelly's beautiful home because of the amazing location, dock, pool and tiki hut. This house is an absolute dream home! Everything is just as described and is immaculately maintained. We had excellent communication with the home owner, Kelly. She was so sweet and generous and made our family feel welcomed and at home. I can't think of a single thing that this home was missing. We have traveled all over with our 3 children. This vacation was the BEST, most relaxing vacation that we have ever taken. I swear something magical happened to my children while we were staying in this house. There was 0 fighting or bickering. They woke up at 5am to fish TOGETHER almost every morning and they often fished well into the evening. They caught Mangrove Snapper, Barracuda, Grunt, a nice sized nurse shark, just to name a few. My kids truly enjoyed spending time together, and that alone is priceless to this momma! We all enjoyed the pool tiki hut, and the provided kayaks. Waking up every morning to spectacular views and peaceful ocean breezes made it so hard to leave when it was time to go. Kelly - thank you for sharing your piece of paradise with our family. We can't wait to come back!!!

Communication from owners was fantastic. Property condition exceeded our expectations. The views from the home were spectacular. We found the pool to be an added blessing. We loved the location with everything we needed or wanted to do within 10 - 30 minutes from the home. It was a slice of Paradise!

Spectacular getaway!

This is our second stay at this amazing property. The home is beautifully furnished and the views cannot be beat! The property comes fully equipped with all that you would need. We made use of the beautiful pool, tiki bar, grill and kayaks. Kelly and Bill are premier hosts and the process was super easy. We recommend this property to anyone looking to relax and unwind, as well as activity. We will be back for a 3rd time!! Thank you Bill and Kelly!!

True Paradise

Owner was friendly, cheerful and always available. Ramrod Key was peaceful and friendly. Church, restaurants, entertainment close. Key West entertainment was 30 min. away as well as the airport. Having the dock and green lights at night to watch fish was an added bonus. The house, spotless; pool, clean; and property, expansive. The Tiki Bar and music helped us socialize with neighbors. It was a vacation in Paradise.

Outstanding property

Island View is an overall outstanding property. This house was the cleanest and best maintained home that we have used in the Florida Keys. The views from the house are spectacular. Kelly was quick to respond to any questions we had and made us feel like family. The kitchen is fully equipped, only appliance I would recommend adding is a Keurig type coffee maker for those guests at desire coffee at all times of the day. I would not hesitate to recommend this property.

Amazing Stay!

It is impossible to state how much we enjoyed our stay! The house looked exactly as pictured but you cannot describe how lovely the property is! The pool was fantastic, the beds comfortable and the living areas comfortable and up to date! Kelly was a fantastic host - always willing to respond to a question and gave some great recommendations for restaurants and things to do! Thanks Kelly and Bill for a fabulous trip and for sharing your lovely home with us!

Comfort and Joy

When the unexpected opportunity arose for us to stay at Island View, we couldn't have been more excited as the photos and reviews had us filled with anticipation. As great as the photos are, they couldn't show just how comfortable, convenient and well maintained the home is. From the living rooms, to the bedrooms, bathrooms, wrap around decks and the entire outside ammenities, no stone was left unturned to assure our enjoyment of the home. We enjoyed swimming in the pool, fishing from the dock and even snorkeling off the dock. The area was peaceful and quiet with the only sounds coming from the clicking of the palms in the breeze. Additionally, working with Kelly and Bill was a joy as they were perfect hosts who saw to our every need. Despite a couple of rainy days, we didn't mind as the comfort of the home made our time there relaxing and rejuvinating. If you're seeking a true peaceful getaway in the lower Keys, look no further than Island View. We look forward to returning with our family so they too can enjoy all that this location has to offer. Until then........Thanks again to Kelly and Bill for sharing their home in paradise with us.

No words can describe this house or the owners! It was the most beautiful place in the world and we can’t wait to return. Fishing, boating, kayaking, you name it all On this quiet little island. Best vacation ever !!! Amazing property and house!! Tiki hut was a great bonus!!!

We immediately fell in love with this property the first time we saw it in the early 1980's and finally got the opportunity to purchase it in 2000. We bought this home for the spectacular ocean views and the privacy and space of the three lots which give a resort feel to the property and we are happy to share it with you, our family and friends.

There are many things to enjoy in this area during your stay. Whether you are an outdoor enthusiast and enjoy fishing, diving, boating or water sports, the lower keys have something to offer to everyone. Key West is nearby for shopping or site seeing and although we have tried to equip our kitchen with whatever you may need during your stay, we do have some wonderful restaurants nearby as well.
Whether you are looking to experience all that the lower keys have to offer, or just have a vacation away from it all enjoying our views from inside the house, in the pool or having a beverage of your choice around the tiki bar, we hope you enjoy your stay at Island View, and we truly hope you will come back and visit us again.
