Summer Getaway

Property was a perfect size for a family of 3! Condo was pre-stocked with basics such as laundry detergent, coffee, toilet paper, shower supplies (shampoo, conditioner, body wash), paper towels, etc which was very nice. Plenty of shopping and dining within a short walk or drive. We would definitely return!

Perfect for two!

My wife and I stayed at this condo unit for an early summer vacation for a week. It is the perfect size place for us, and we love its open design and modern decor. The bed is very comfortable with memory foam and we both slept great on it. We have found out in the past how the wrong mattress can spoil the best intentions — not here! The little patio is great for a quiet morning with coffee listening to nature and the gurgling of Asylum Creek. The location is right on the edge of the city, so you can come and go to the Leelanau Peninsula or Sleeping Bear Dunes without the city traffic. The garage is a bonus too! The kitchen is fully stocked, but we really only prepared simple meals there. We love this condo and plan to return. Laura was easy to contact, and very friendly and helpful! Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

Perfect Setting for a Traverse City Getaway

The property is exactly as described. New and quiet with plenty of opportunities to enjoy the outdoors from the back patio to the adjacent trails. Plus, literally steps away from food & shopping.

Perfect place for a couple!

Laura is an outstanding hostess! The property is new and beautifully maintained. A bonus is the garage that comes with the unit, along with food and shopping that is literally footsteps from the front door.

Nice, New Condo

This is a nice, new condo. It was very clean and modern. We enjoyed our stay. It was within walking distance to The Village at Grand Traverse Commons which we we enjoyed. The host was very quick to reply back to messages and very accommodating. One thing to note is that the garage door is narrow, but it did fit our Traverse just fine.

Quiet and Relaxing get away!

We have stayed in several Condos in Traverse city and this is our favorite location to date. Exactly as described. Quick response from Host with any questions or concerns. The patio was a relaxing spot for a morning cup of coffee with a stream running behind and very friendly squirrels and chipmunks. The kitchen was well stocked for full meal prep. The attached garage was a little tight for our Honda Pilot, but manageable with precision. There is a free adjacent parking lot at the trailhead that was great for when we were making a quick stop. This is a perfect location to stay outside of downtown, but still access shops and dining features of the village commons within an easy walking distance.

Loved It!

My wife and I booked this condo for one week and we really loved it! We are annual summer visitors to the Traverse City area, but this was our first stay at this unit. It is well suited for two people with a very open and charming floor plan. It was really nice to be able to either sit out on the little patio or in the living room with the woods view there. The sound of the little creek was our morning music along with the bird song and coffee was delightful on the little patio. We were not bothered by mosquitoes or black flies either. The bed is a memory foam one, and neither of us had any problems with it -- we both slept very well. The kitchen is well stocked, although we cooked only once during our stay. I especially enjoyed being able to park my vehicle in the garage! That was indeed a first for us in visiting up north! We found the place to meet our needs perfectly, and at least the week we were there, it was also very quiet. This location is great as well, being on the campus of the Grand Traverse Commons [the Historic Northern Michigan Asylum], because it is easy to head to the lake, which was our daily fun. That is to say, you don't have to fight the city traffic to head out upon the Leelanau Peninsula or to Sleeping Bear Dunes. We are already talking about another visit with a stay at this unit!

Amazing condo

We loved the condo and everything that came with it. It’s fully stocked with anything u may need. The view from the back patio is amazing. Walking distance to many places. Only small downside is upstairs neighbors are very loud walkers lol but honestly not that bad. Would stay again.
