My husband and I have lived in the Quad Cities our whole life. We are available to help with anything you may need on your stay. We fell in love with this house this past summer. We love to travel, and especially like the water, so we jumped at the opportunity to purchase our own riverfront property. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do! You will have this entire house all to yourself. Simply call during your stay with any questions.
Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?
This fully-equipped cottage offers all the amenities of a hotel suite with full kitchen, restroom and picturesque views looking onto the majestic Rock River. Adjacent to a Christmas tree farm, horse barn and nature preserve, our neighborhood is a hidden gem of the Quad Cities. Centrally located off of Interstate 74, all of our regional amenities â restaurants, museums, casinos, music venues and more â are just minutes away. The best part about our property is that you get the feeling of escaping to nature and the great outdoors right here in town! But, we are located just off John Deere road so if you need to make a quick âtrip to the storeâ, it is minutes away.

Huge deck: wraps around the front of home provides a glorious unobstructed view of the river. As you can see from the photos, the sunrises are amazing and you have a front row seat, beautiful lights on the deck are on a timer set for after sunset.
2 patio sets and wicker loveseat/chair around an outdoor gas fireplace, fire pit located right on the river bank perfect for bonfires.
Weber gas grill and Weber charcoal grill please make sure the grill is cleaned after using it for the next guest to prevent a $50 cleaning fee.
Driveway: can hold up to 6 parking spots
