We had a wonderful time during our stay for our family of 4. This property was everything the listing said and more! The condo was very clean and well maintained! The location was great and a lot of places to grab food or go shopping for food and the beaches were so close! The beach gear and towels left were a big bonus for us! Thank you! The community was very nice and quiet, we even met some neighbors who were all very friendly and kind. Our kids had so much fun using the pool. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back again! Thanks Zach and Ellie!

We loved our stay at the condo. It was clean and very more than adequately supplied with so many supplies. We will definitely consider staying here again. The hosts were quick to get back to us and very kind and attentive to our needs. Highly recommend!

An excellent wheelchair accessible condo!

Easy to check in, accurate description of property, very clean, well-stocked, close to many restaurants, easy parking. Pool is 50 feet away! It is quiet, beach is quite close, 30 min to airport (except during rush-hour) and hosts were always responsive. Thank you for a great stay.

A Lovely Vacation

This was our 1st time staying at the condo. The condo is an excellent 2 bedroom unit with new furniture, fresh paint and new flooring throughout. We enjoyed our stay at the condo as it was a 1st floor with a lanai facing a quiet wooded area. We plan to stay again next year as we had such a wonderful time!

Great Location in Bonita Springs

We enjoyed this condo very much, it was close to everything on the Tamiami Trail Corridor. The pool was enjoyable and just steps away. Coffee and toiletries were provided. Publix grocery was nearby and convenient. My church was a short 15 minute walk away along the walk path.

Best Bonita Springs Stay!

We had such a wonderful experience staying at Zach and Ellie’s beautiful apartment!! It was fully stocked with everything we could have possibly needed, including shampoo and conditioner, as well as a fully stocked kitchen! The apartment is in perfect condition, very modern and newly remodeled, it fits the Naples vibe perfectly! The hosts are very quick with responding and very accommodating with requests! I highly recommend staying here, as this was the best rental stay we’ve ever had! We will be only staying here from now on for our trips to Naples/Bonita!

Fantastic stay in Bonita Springs!

We came down for spring break to escape Michigan! The condo doesn’t disappoint! Beautifully decorated, comfortable beds and so much more! Nice beach chairs, plenty of things that you don’t want to supply such as toliet paper,dishwasher tabs, dish soap,etc! Such a great location ,and a quick drive to the beach. We spent most of our time at the pool which is literally steps away from the condo! Thanks Zach and Ellie!

Perfect Rental!

This condo is an awesome place to stay! Very clean, very well equipped with anything you may need. I especially appreciated the location being close to both Fort Myers Beach and Naples. Publix was just down the street and many fast food restaurants created such convenience for last minute meals. Zach & Ellie, you were great to work with & I appreciate your very prompt communications. I will definitely be back! Thanks, again!

Better than home!

There is so much to praise for this rental amd owners! To start off we arrived early from our Philadelphia drive down to Bonita. The owners reached out to us , offering an early check in due to the open availability. We couldn't be more grateful for their kindness. The home is emactulate and beautifully decorated. They provided all the necessities and then some to make your stay comfortable. Location is perfect. Close to the beaches, shopping, restaurants, movie theaters if a rainy day. Pool was a great late day dip. We had the pool to ourselves each time we spent there. Was like our own private oasis! Thank you so much for allowing us to use your awesome property!

Overdue vacation and family visit.

This was my first experience with VRBO, and can say that Zach and Ellie’s gem in Bonita has been the best experience I could imagine. The condo was even more beautiful than depicted in the photos, larger if you can imagine. Spotlessly clean and the kitchen had everything needed and more (if I intended on cooking). The area and condo is quiet. I couldn’t hear the neighbors at all and that is always a plus. The master suite was gorgeous, the bed so comfortable that I didn’t want to get out in the morning but hey… it was my vacation! I loved the small touches. The products in the baths, the coffee bar in the kitchen and did I mention the huge fluffy bath towels??? The pool is so close and so inviting, we spent more time there than I thought we would. Plenty of places to lounge or sit under an umbrella. My grandchildren loved it. The condo is located close to beaches, restaurants, shopping, you name it and it’s a few minute drive, bike or walk. I really can’t say enough about my experience with Zach and Ellie’s Condo. They are excellent hosts. I will definitely be back.

Spring break getaway

Due to some family medical issues, we had to find a place to stay at the last minute. Needless to say, the options available were slim. The 44 perfect reviews caught my attention, as did the price, and neither disappointed.The condo was clean, well updated and completely satisfied our needs during our week long stay. The owners were prompt, friendly and courteous via text communication. All instructions for check-in and check-out were clearly stated and readily available. Everything needed to cook a few meals in the kitchen were easy to find. Bathing supplies were a welcome surprise and appreciated. The neighbors were friendly and caused no issues. The neighborhood is well maintained and quiet other than the daily traffic off of US 41 in the distance. My wife, two kids and I felt very comfortable during our stay.Some highlights from our trip:- Vanderbilt beach; ten minute drive with a convenient 3 level parking garage (still recommend a 10am arrival during peak season)- Spring training baseball at Ft. Myers; 30 minutes away- Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary; 35 minutes away- Downtown Naples / Tin City; 30 minutes away- Abundant dining options- Plus, many more things that we didn't have time for because there's a pool 20 steps away from the back patioWithout hesitation, Zach and Ellie's condo would be our first consideration for a future visit to Naples/Bonita Springs. Thanks for the memories!

Golden Getaway

This was truly the Golden Getaway week for us. The condo is in a great location, close to beaches, restaurants, shopping, and the Ft. Myers airport. Zach was very responsive to questions we had during our week. The condo was clean, the bed was comfortable, the pool was great, and we appreciated the extras they had on hand (beach chairs, beach towels, shampoo, soap, etc). We’re hoping for a return visit in the future!

Perfect condo resulting in amazing vacation!

The communication with the host was brilliant from day one of booking and every question we had in advance they answered quickly and efficiently and they were incredibly accommodating. The condo was a perfect location to local amenities and had a wonderful pool area. Everything was clean, to the highest of standards and very welcoming. Ellie & Zach got married in July of 2021. We are both originally from Michigan and have always wanted a condo in Florida and we made that dream come true! We absolutely love the area and hope to host you on your next vacation. We just added a member to our family in October of 2024 with our first born, Ollie Allread.

It’s centrally located, but also offers rare privacy in Bonita with the gated community aspect. This property is perfect for anyone who wants the ability to go out to restaurants and attractions but also come home to a quiet and relaxing gated community inside of a nature preserve.
