Beautiful Carriage House!!!!!

Such a lovely carriage house. It was perfect for myself and my pre teen daughter and her friends. Very spacious with a bed downstairs, full kitchen and nice size bathroom plus another bed upstairs. Highly recommend!!!

Perfect location!

This carriage house was just perfect. Close to the COQUINA pool and a short walk to the beach. We rented bikes and the location was exactly what we hoped for. Close to everything. A smaller space, so best for small families. We stayed two adults and two teen daughters. Large bathroom with washer and dryer on first floor was great. We loved our stay on Rosemary Beach!

Cozy getaway spot

Nice stay. Clean. Ideal location. Short walk to beach and pool. Only thing lacking in the carriage house- need hooks to hang swimsuits and towels. Also, there is a pool when you come down the stairs, which may deter some guests with small children, but there is a very loud alarm that goes off every time door opens inside carriage house.

The property itself was nice and in a great location. However, our trip was frustrating because we had no internet 75% of the time, no TV for a day and half of the electrical outlets didn’t work. We immediately contacted the management company about the issues as they arose, and were given the runaround and ultimately no help from them. After day 3, they allowed us to access a portion of the property to reset a breaker and we resolved the issue ourselves. The inconvenience of not being able to be connected in this day and age and with kids really ruined our trip and the company’s inability to take care of this matter was unacceptable for such an expensive rental. We will never again rent from any Beach Getaways rentals.

We understand that while guests come to the beach to relax and enjoy the white sand and emerald waters, it’s also important to stay connected — especially when work or family needs depend on it. It’s clear that there were a few hiccups with both the service outages and communication along the way. It seems that when you reached out, our office was closed and your calls went through to our after-hours team, which unfortunately caused delays in coordination and troubleshooting with Mediacom, who were slower than we’d like in resolving the issue. We recognize this wasn’t the seamless getaway you hoped for, and we sincerely apologize for the frustration it caused. Your experience is a valuable reminder of where we can improve, and we’re taking that to heart. We do hope you’ll consider staying with us again in the future and allow us the opportunity to provide the smooth, worry-free experience we strive for.

Perfect Weekend

My son and I enjoyed staying in Rosemary Beach. It was both of our first time in the area and we loved it. Everything was walking distance but it was great having the bikes to ride and explore. The town had yummy places to eat and fun stores to shop. The cottage we rented was just the right size for the two of us. The weather was so nice we didn’t spend much time in the cottage. The Wi-Fi was not the best but other than that it was perfect. Would love to return soon!

Nice house- could use some basic repairs

The carriage house was great for the 4 of us but there are a few things that need to be addressed. The door needs to be replaced, the exterior pool alarm button needs to fixed (rarely works when pressed), curtains were unclipped and impossible to clip back up. Just needs some overall TLC. Would still recommend as a small getaway location!

Great Location, that's about it

Super uncomfortable beds, non-working wifi, not in good repair (ie fraying carpets, scuffs all over walls, spindles falling out of the balcony, toilet paper holder falling off the wall, rusted washer/dryer, outdated television system, bathroom door is borderline inoperable, I could go on and on) Loud alarm goes off every time you open the door per state law.. but it's annoying as can be. You walk by the main house pool/back porch area to get to the apartment, it's a little awkward. The location is great, everything else is not good.

Disappointing. Okay place for a short stay.

For the price, we were extremely disappointed in several things. First, the Wi-Fi was non existent. Second, there was no couch to sit on and no table to eat at. Third, there is no private entrance - which is not a huge deal. If you are staying for a night or two it’s fine. Any extended stay will be uncomfortable and inconvenient. Have stayed in multiple houses and carriage houses in Rosemary and this was by far the worst. Owner needs to invest and make this property into what it should be - a nice space to enjoy while you are not at the beach. Currently this property is a room with a bed.

Great Location!

Uber driver had a little problem finding the 8 on gate was odd font & nothing on garage. Super cute carriage house. Beds small & mattresses not the best. We had no verizon cell service so was hard to get in contact with property manager to address issues. She went out of her way the next day to answer questions & get what we needed. Were disappointed the listing is advertised with fireplace but the gas is turned off - can not use. I would advertise that in listing. Overall, really enjoyed our family wedding weekend, location was perfect & we love Rosemary Beach. Would highly recommend to family & friends. The house looks amazing too!

Dejarnette Carriage House- Rosemary Beach

We love Rosemary Beach and always enjoy our time here. We have stayed at the Pearl and several other homes in Rosemary. My mom and I stayed at a lovely carriage house recently and absolutely loved it. That said, I was very disappointed with our accommodations this time. Everything was clean so thank you for that!! We had to call maintenance three times and finally gave up on calling. We couldn’t get into the house on the first day. Maintenance came and showed us how to muscle our way in. On the fourth day the door handle broke completely and we ended up having to stay and wait for maintenance to come and replace the handle. Additionally, the barn door to the bathroom did not have a handle and my husband was stuck in the bathroom until I could figure out how to open the door. Again, maintenance had to come and put a handle on the door. (By the way, you have a wonderful group of maintenance techs). As a note, having a barn door on a bathroom that joins a common area does not allow for much privacy. Lastly, the tv on the wall is tiny and the internet didn’t work most of the time we were there. We ended up watching a movie on our cell phones. This might be a good set up for college kids but I was not impressed with the accommodations given the price we paid per night. These are things that should be checked prior to hosting visitors.

Beautiful Beaches and property

Had a wonderful time in Rosemary Beach, location was excellent and carriage house was quite nice. Would have liked to have access to beach chairs! Main house guests receive additional amenities which was aggravating. Prices to rent chairs on the beach is extremely high and the service was less than friendly!! Minimal instructions from property manager to help you get acquainted with the area. Security was very helpful though. Overall a great trip!

It was the perfect place to stay for our babymoon. The location was perfect, 2 blocks from the beach and 5-7 minute walk to the town center. Things to note: check-in is at 4:00 p.m., not 3:00 p.m. as the VRBO listing states and the property manager was excellent and resolved the one issue we had quickly.
