Location is great for conference center events. Unit was clean and as advertised. Never figured out the television cable box and the only supply in the place was salt! Something as simple as the appropriate coffee filter for your coffee maker would be nice.

Great condo/townhouse

Very spacious condo with great amenities in a lovely resort. The property manager was always quick to respond to any questions. It is right next to the convention center, so very convenient. We will definitely be staying here again.

Great location and nice property

Group of friends stayed here for an event at the Concention Center. This property was very close and easily accessible to it. Monica was very helpful in accommodating us and was prompt to answer when we had trouble with the keypad. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Orlando AAU volleyball

The property was very nice. Had everything we needed with plenty of space. Had a lot of amenities close by including grocery, restaurants and stores. Only thing was we had to drive to the pool instead of walk. Was able to walk to convention center for volleyball tournament which was nice. Overall was a great place to stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The townhouse met most of our needs for our vacation in Orlando. The host is absolutely terrible. She never replied to any of my emails and never once answered the phone. She did not give us check in information which became very stressful and difficult upon arrival. The home is decent. The kitchen is stocked with only a few utensils which made cooking challenging. There are no dish cloths provided. The furniture is awkward and uncomfortable. There are not enough towels for the amount of people this space accommodates. Overall we had a decent experience. The pool area is absolutely amazing and we enjoyed our time there.

Convenient location

I stayed at this condo for 5 nights with other friends while we attended a dance competition for our daughters. The location couldn't have been better! The competition was right across the street at the OCCC.While the unit was clean, it does have some areas that need attention. One of the kitchen drawer faces is falling off, the master bathroom cabinets are peeling and part of the wall needs to be patched up next to the shower/tub.Unfortunately the pool on our side of the complex was closed for renovations, but I did notice that there were pool towels in the unit. That will be nice for anyone staying after the pool is reopened. I would recommend this unit for anyone wanting to stay near the OCCC.

Spacious but needs updating

Plenty of space for 10 people. Very convenient location to universal studios and shopping. Pool area was very nice and also fitness facilities onsite. Condo was tastefully furnished and clean but needed some maintenance. Carpets need to be shampooed blinds throughout the unit should be repaired or replaced. Screens upstairs rear bedroom bent and falling out of track. Towels were limited and only 2 towels for pool.... Reasonably priced and the old adage applies here. We only stayed 3 nights and it was fine for our needs but we wouldn't have wanted a longer stay.

Clean comfortable and great location!

When we decided to book our trip to Orlando we had no clue where to stay, and just picked this place. We are so glad we did! The Vista Cay Resort is a great location,. They have a great pool and game room area for the kids. There's also an outdoor pedestrian mall nearby with shops, restaurants and miniature golf. Disney was just 15 min away. The supermarket and walgreens are also just down the street. There's a very good pizza place close to the supermarket we ordered from (I think it's called NYPD pizza). The unit was very comfortable for us (4 adults and 3 kids). Everyone had there own space. The only thing we wished we had more of were beach towels for the pool. Monica the rep handling our stay was great. She was very responsive to any questions we had. Overall a great stay. When we go back, we will definitely book a place at this resort again!

Thanks for the review I am glad you enjoyed your vacation As for the pool towels I wish I had known while you were staying that you needed more, as the management company on site would have drop more for you with out no problem The issue with the pool towels is that even though we leave enough at the units Some guests forget them at the pool so sometimes we lost count of the ones missing thanks for the eye on that Hope to be of service in a near future

Two story townhome that lists an elevator, but has none. Lists a balcony that you cannot step out on. Several bulbs were out. Broken hair dryer. Furniture is in need of repair. Communication with the host is very bad.
