The final king master bedroom is located on the upper level, as is a media room with comfy couches to sink into and a home theater system to stream your favorite movies. The rest of the upper level encompasses the great room, dining area, and kitchen. Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
