Highlights include a sparkling full kitchen, a wet bar, and enchanting 18th-floor Gulf views throughout. Tee off in the morning, visit nearby state parks for surfing and fishing, then host a sunset grill on your balcony. Or simply spend leisurely days along the complex's 400-foot stretch of sugar-white sand!

Prepare favorite recipes in the full kitchen, equipped with an array of helpful appliances and gadgets. Perch at the kitchen bar with seating for three, then gather for mealtimes around the six-person dining table. Fix a drink at the wet bar, then settle in to enjoy favorite shows on the TV.

Beautiful condo, great view, and affordable!

The pool and beach access was great. We had plenty of room/ beds. The bathroom in the master bath was roomy and luxurious! Loved this place and I hope to stay there again! I highly recommend it!

Awesome view

Me and my family loved the room, it was very clean and spacious. The view was amazing. It had everything I needed within reason but most of all the peace was worth it. The facility had a great pool and hot tub. I loved the mat that extends a good way down the sand to get us closer to the water.

Nice condo. Would recommend.

Very nicely decorated. Beautiful and spacious unit. Very comfortable bedrooms. Minor cosmetic flaws. Elevators very fast even on 18th floor. Nice pools. Peaceful location but close to a few shops and restaurants. Not a lot of beach space so if setting up chairs go early. I’d recommend this unit.

Perdido Key

Perdido Key Is fabulous. Condo balcony door will not open. Thanks goodness for the second balcony door. Balcony furniture is all rust and missing screws. Ants on the kitchen countertop. Maybe stay some where else next trip. We had a blast regardless the view is amazing. Beach is wonderful. A few minutes drive to Gulf Shores.

Mold

Close the beach. There was mold coming out of the vent in the living area and was growing out and ran a long side the ceiling. Read reviews and someone else complained about it . Everything thing was wet feeling and damp I cannot remember staying any where on the beach and had that problem. Also you need more parking

Spring Break

The unit needs repairs, one bed was broken, the chair in the living room was broken, the outdoor chairs were in bad shape. The unit was dirty in some places, the refrigerator, the bathroom door and the baseboards. There was no glasses to drink from in the unit and the TV in the living room was very small. The unit master bedroom sliding door needed new weather striping it made so much noise we could not close the door.

The unit was not clean. Toilets and shower had mold, cigarette butts were on the balcony and crumbs were in sheets on a bed that was made up. Had issues throughout the rental and received very little response from management. One of the beds was broken on our arrival and I spent 2 days trying to get a resolution from management. Very disappointed and will never book at a turnkey property again.

Woefully in need of an Upgrade

The unit is woefully in need of upgrading. The furniture, furnishings, and upkeep of the unit is outdated, uncomfortable and damaged. There was mold on the ceiling in the living room. The toilet in the front bathroom ran unless we opened the tank to fix it. There were very few cooking utensils and kitchen supplies (no grater, colander, baking dishes, stirring spoons, etc). The pots and pans were heavily damaged and hard to cook with and took forever to clean. There was a broken chair on the balcony with a screw sticking out that could cut someone. The outside table and chairs had rust all over them. The mattresses were older and uncomfortable. Bedroom furniture in master bedroom old and drawers hard to open and close because they were off their tracks. Some lightbulbs were out. Several of the baseboards were damaged. Paint was pealing and there were scuff marks and damage to various walls. The bar was also damaged.

Let's start off with the view, amazing. The room was disgusting. Smelled of mildew and was mold in ALL air vents and bath tub jets. Had water damage to the ceiling. Bedding smelled of wet dog. Candy under furniture, nail clippings on the balcony. Only 4 cups for a reservation of 8. Dryer didn't work properly. Definitely needs updated and cleaned! I reached out immediately and got "I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused y the mold and moisture. I have informed our local staff of the issue. One of our team members from the guest experience team will reach out to you as soon as an update is available." Reached out again because I haven't heard anything still and then received "Thank you and truly sorry for the inconvenience caused." Would not recommend! I HAVE PICTURES FOR PROOF

Love the Palacio

The room was very spacious and had one of the best views of the Gulf and the Bay Area. We always love coming to Perdido Key, it’s relaxing and very family friendly. We definitely be returning!

Great location and great views

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall great stay lots of space and located in great spot. Views of gulf from balcony were great. Lots of space in the condo as well. Only drawbacks were minor. The master bed was a little stiff. Furniture on the balcony could be a little more comfortable for enjoying the great view. Kitchen light switch took a little jiggling at times to get it to work. Still a good place to stay to get away from things for awhile.
