Perfect stay for family & Friends

The stay was absolutely the best stay we ever experienced. I highly recommend. It’s a good spirit inside cause everything went perfect. The pool area so relaxing. And it’s private. The host responses to emails really fast to help. I’m going to rent it again.

Great house for families!

This house is a great for families, the pool and outdoor space are definitely a plus. The house is beautiful but it does needs some tlc. 3 of the room's door knobs do not work they don't close or lock. So there is no privacy. The restroom with access to the pool has a toilet that is wobbly, kind of scary if you have kids. One of the biggest room has access from inside the house through another room, so if you like privacy beware. The other issue we had was upon arrival the heater didn't work, I advice the property manager of the issue after an hour of being there to give it time. ti contacted them through vrbo messenger there was no response. I then called no answer, then was told to send a a text. Long story short we spent a night without air conditioning or fans, and with no willingness to remedy the situation, except that the air conditioning tech would be in the next day. Even when they were aware of the situation there was never a time when they reached to us to see how they could help or even fix the problem. Aside from the issues the house has a lot of potential for families. The communication of management needs to improve tremendously.
