This semi-detached chalet welcomes guests with breathtaking views of the mountains right from your doorstep. The prime location boasts a private getaway nestled in nature with mature trees surrounding the property and only 5 min drive to the heart of Blue Mountain Village (with a 1km short-cut walk). Enjoy the 2,400 sqft of living area & take advantage of being minutes from private & public ski access, Scandinave Spa, the Georgian Trail for snowshoeing and only 10 mins from downtown Collingwood!

Relax after a day of adventure in your own private oasis, which includes a 6 person hot tub an basement bar access, or cozy up by the great ambiance of the electric fireplace. This cottage-inspired stay is perfect for guests looking for the ultimate convenience of nearby amenities, including a 10 min walk to BM Village, while enjoying the peace and quiet 143 Kandahar offers.
This charming chalet welcomes you with an east-to-west view of Blue Mountain right from your doorstep as you walk into the spacious foyer where 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms reside on the main floor. Upstairs, youâll be greeted with natural light pouring into the space through the oversized windows that welcome you to sip your morning coffee by the stunning views, watching the mountain get covered in a fresh blanket of snow during the Winter season. The open concept kitchen, dining, and living room feature wood accents, exposed beams and a feeling of serenity. Enjoy evenings in while retreating to the basement with a built-in bar, ping pong table and TV where an additional 3 bedrooms can be found.
Kitchen
Enjoy the convenience of packing light as youâll only need to bring your food and spices. The cookware, bakeware, and cutlery are available during your stay. Delight in the surrounding nature-inspired views as you make breakfast on the stove and make use of the dishwasher to make cleaning a breeze. The kitchen features ample cupboard space for storage, a coffee maker, microwave and fridge.
Living Room
The living room boasts an all brick fireplace focal wall with a 60â TV for entertaining. Enjoy free high-speed WIFI during your stay. Delight in the abundance of natural light and get tempted for another day on the slopes with the mountains in view. With a charming feel and calming atmosphere, you can truly relax in this space with a book or gather with friends and family to connect over conversation. Easily enjoy a breath of fresh air through the sliding walk out upper patio with a large deck that features an oversized picnic table adjacent to the living room.

This chalet has a maximum occupancy of 16 guests. All linens, pillows, and towels are included with your stay.

1) The occupancy of the property is restricted to the names listed. The management company must be notified by message of any changes to the occupancy. The number of people occupying the property shall not exceed what was entered with your original booking. This includes all children and babies unless an exception is agreed upon.
2) The person booking the property must be 21 years of age or older (excluding Quebec rentals), unless otherwise specified by a Guest Support Member. The person booking must always be present for the duration of the rental period. This condition will be strictly enforced, failure to comply may result in immediate eviction from the property without refund.
3) Parking passes, keys, and or fobs will be issued upon arrival to the property, these must be returned upon checkout. If not returned your damage deposit will be forfeited
4) There are small bins for garbage and recycling in the property. After your stay, please bring all garbage and recycling to the outside receptacles, this includes all alcohol bottles. If garbage or recycling is left on the property your damage deposit will be forfeited.
5) No smoking on the property, your damage deposit will be forfeited with no exceptions.
6) Some properties have wood burning fireplaces, these are not to be used by guests, if used your damage deposit will be forfeited with no exceptions.
7) A cleaning charge will be added to your property rental fee. This is to cover basic cleaning expected from usual and normal use of the property and to include all floors, bathrooms, beds and kitchen. Any exceptional cleaning that would be considered beyond normal and conscientious use of the property will be deducted from your damage deposit at an hourly rate. At the end of your stay please put any used hand towels or dish towels in the tub, and make sure that all dishes are clean and put away. Please do not leave dishes in the dishwasher, clean or dirty.
8) The management company is not liable, nor will provide a refund, for any stoppage of electrical services caused by extreme weather or other circumstances beyond our control.
9) If property damage occurs, the management company reserves the right to use the damage deposit at its sole discretion
By proceeding with this booking , I/We agree with the management company that I/we will use the property and its facilities in accordance with the above terms and conditions and/or posted house rules, and that I/we do so at our own risk of injury.
