Discover the charm of "SeaQuest East," a pet friendly 4-bedroom, 3-bath duplex nestled on the 2nd row. Unwind on the inviting covered front porch, offering a perfect spot to relax and admire ocean views.

Rest, recharge & rejuvenate in this vintage beach cottage, with picturesque views of the ocean, and a public beach access located directly across the street! Your family will appreciate the spacious open-concept living room/dining room/kitchen areas, with a 50" TV in the living area, and updated hardwood floors. The kitchen is complete with all you would need for creating homecooked meals, and enough space for everyone to gather together while making sweet memories! Bedroom #1 is located on the 1st floor, and is complete with queen bed, TV and shares the downstairs full hall bath (shower only). You will discover 3 bedrooms on the 2nd level. Bedroom #2 is complete with a queen bed and twin cot, ceiling fan, and shares the upstairs full hall bath (tub/shower combo). Bedroom #3 is complete with 2 Twin beds, ceiling fan and shares the upstairs full hall bath. Bedroom #4 is complete with a Queen bed, TV, ceiling fan, and a full private bath (shower only).

After your day on the beach, wash away the salt and sea in the outdoor shower. Take your meals outdoors to the picnic table, located underneath the house in the shade! Perfectly located, SeaQuest East" is within walking distance to all of the island restaurants and nightlife, as well as the Holden Beach town park, tennis courts, splash pad and gazebo. Walk with the family and pick up some retro soft drinks and candy, or a slushie, and join the crowd at the gazebo on Sunday evening for the free summer concerts under the bridge! Great location and size but terribly appointed kitchen

Great location and house but a few things under 200. Picks would give it a perfect stay pots and pans terrible and almost unusable dishes not good and the worst pillows I have ever seen. Wry little cost involved in making future guests happy and make the stay better.

Great house for the price

This house was in a perfect location - right across from beach access. The beds were comfortable and the space was great. We loved that there is a full bathroom and bedroom downstairs. The listing said that one bedroom had a twin bed and a queen, but there was only a queen. So - three bedrooms with a queen, and one with 2 twins. It worked for our family, even with one fewer bed. The only downside to the house is the kitchen. It's really outdated and the cookware was very worn out. Despite this, we did make most of our meals in the kitchen, but I will definitely bring my own cookware if we come back. We would absolutely stay here again because of the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, and comfortable living area (and the good price!).

Family Gathering

Evidently there was a new key had been made for the front door so we had to get the property manager to come out and help us get into the house. Then over in the wee hours of the morning the smoke alarms all went off for no reason and they had to be removed to the front deck table. The filter for the heating and a/c unit had NOT been changed in quite sometime so we changed that out and the a/c is cooler now. But most importantly, being with my family and having a lot of laughs and making memories far outweighed any issues we had at first. Very nice location, quiet neighbors and a beautiful view of the ocean from the front deck was fabulous! Very short walk to the beach area with a good access.

Roaches!!!!! Stay somewhere else!!!

This place has roaches! In the kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms. The A/C does not cool the downstairs bedroom or the upstairs at all. The dishwasher didn’t work and we had to go and purchase plastic and paper goods because I refused to use the kitchen due to the roaches. This place needs not only some updating but it needs some maintenance. I contacted the property manager and she still hasn’t replied.

Front steps were a safety concern. Several wooden boards need to be replaced on porch. Afraid of falling through. Ice maker didn’t work. Couldn’t get dishwasher to work. Two showers were not clean. Hair was stuck to shower walls. Beds were very uncomfortable. Cooling unit didn’t seem to cool as should.

Ladies Beach Getaway

My friends and I enjoyed our stay at Holden Beach. The property had a few minor issues but the manager was quick to respond and had someone come out and take a look at the problems. The property is an older one, but we all appreciated the blackout window shades and that it was pretty sound proof. We are all older and like our sleep. We would definitely rent this place again.

amazing location, nice house

the house is in a great spot and basically had everything we needed. the beds were comfortable and everything worked well and was as advertised. we had a minor issue at check-in as the bed linens had been left on the other side of the duplex and we arrived just after 5pm, but the property management folks helped to resolve the issue promptly. we had a great time at the house and look forward to coming back to Holden Beach in the future.

Holden Beach Vacation

We have been going to Holden Beach for years. We always rent a house or condo. Sea Quest East location is 5 stars. The condo itself is tired and need updating. We were able to bring our pets and the condo was very clean with no pet odors. The beach access is right across the street, Prefect. I would stay again to bring our dogs. With some updating such as paint, We cook allot so pots and pans are a must. You might want to get new pots and pans that can accommodate unto 10 people this condo can be a 5 star.

Spring break

Just a few little hiccups on the trip. But the pictures and description do a good job showing the property. It was just across the street from a beach access, which was great with kids. Overalls great place to stay

In need of some updates but otherwise accommodating.

Older home in need of some updates but overall comfortable.and accommodating A few maintenance issues addressed to property management (outside water turned on and light bulb replacement) a little slow to respond. Vent fans in bathrooms need cleaning. And my 15 year old son, being his curious self, discovered sex toys in the upstairs main bedroom bedside table! That was interesting to explain
