The condo was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The mountain views were stunning, and the location was ideal for skiing and exploring. Highly recommend for a winter retreat!
Very happy with the space and location of the property very close to copper and a basin resorts. Hot tub is a great bonus too! Very clean and easy to check in.
The condo had everything we needed and the Decour was lovely! The owner was great to work with and kayaking on Dillon Reservoir was beautiful! We would definitely stay there again!
Great location. So close to several incredible ski resorts . Accommodations very comfortable and relaxing . Easy access to grocery store , restaurants and downtown . Great spot !
Exactly as described. Great location to get to Breckenridge and Keystone. Convenient to drive into Frisco or to Dillon / Silverthorne. Walmart and Safeway nearby. Everything was clean and Cindy made check-in / check-out easy.
The condo was spacious and had everything we needed for our spring ski break. Good location for several ski resorts. Loved having a comfy bed, garage, and washer and dryer!
Cindy, our host, provided everything we needed for a beautiful getaway. She always responded promptly and the condo was very clean. The use of two kayaks was a great addition!! We would recommend this place for a great location in a stunning area!
My wife and I enjoyed our two night stay in Frisco. Accommodations were cozy, clean and comfortable. The condo is a short walk to the recreation trail that will take you throughout Summit County. A big plus for us since we used this trail for walks, bikes. It also is a quick walk to the lake to put in your kayak. Thanks for the great weekend!
Cindy was an excellent host, making sure the kitchen was fully stocked and home was very clean. We had everything we needed in this home. Just minutes from all the wonderful things to do in Silverthorne, Breck, Frisco, and Dillon. Cindy also checked in with us to ensure we didnât need anything during our stay. The bed was comfortable and included a pleather of pillows! I loved the lock system on the house, automatically locking made me feel even more secure. The neighbors are all friendly and the area is very quiet. We plan to visit again in the near future and will be booking with Cindy again. We highly recommend this property!
Finding it online, booking, getting to and having everything you need, was a delight. An excellent and accurate description is spot on for this property. Read the reviews and trust them. One of the cleanest, best equipped vacation rentals weâve stayed in. On top of being comfortable, itâs location is superb. Close enough to get downtown and far enough away for peace and quiet next to the Summit County Recpath and the reservoir. Enjoy the water or walking and biking within steps of this location.
This was a great location for our outdoor adventures. We were able to bike along the trails, visit Dillion Lake, climb a 14ner, play frisbee golf, and enjoy the Frisco eateries. It was the perfect spot.
The property is very close to the highway for great access to the Vail properties and Copper. The quaint town of Frisco is close and has shops and restaurants. Even closer is a Starbucks and a wonderful Whole Foods that has a fabulous wine store next door, called Basecamp.
The condo itself has a fully stocked kitchen, a wonderful two sided gas fireplace, and a very comfortable mattress in the main bedroom. The garage was a plus too. Cindy was responsive and helpful. We highly recommend this condo.
Cindy is a Colorado native who grew up on the Front Range and has loved the mountains her entire life. She is an avid skier and has volunteered at Copper Mountain ski resort since November 2000. Jonathan is originally from England and lived in Palo Alto for 24 years. He moved to Silverthorne in 2019 to be close to ski resorts while he worked from home doing computer programming.
In May 2020 during the pandemic, Cindy decided to finally purchase a home in Frisco where she could work remotely and be near her happy places. Jonathan took that opportunity to ask Cindy out and they began dating. They were married a year later on August 28, 2021 at the Nature Center above the American Eagle lift on Copper Mountain.
Now that Cindy and Jonathan are happily married and living in Silverthorne, the remote workspace in her lovely Frisco condo is available for short and long term stays.
Of all the Summit towns, Frisco is the friendliest. The condo is next to the lake and bike path, where so much summer activity takes place. Having immediate access to I-70 makes winter driving easier since the best plowing is done on the interstate. The condo is within walking distance of Summit Stage bus route and near grocery stores and Walmart. The Prospect Point community is spacious, beautiful and quiet, so living here is a joy.
This condo has comfortable sleeping for 4 adults and an attached garage. The kitchen has almost everything you need, including a food processor and a pizza stone. The remote workspace in the den looks out at the mountains through 2 spacious windows next to the gas fireplace where you are cozy and warm the whole day.
