This is a beautiful two-bedroom, two-bath oceanfront condo with gorgeous ocean views from your balcony. This wonderful fourth-floor suite has a king bed in the primary bedroom with a wonderful en-suite bath. The second bedroom has two queen beds with another beautiful bathroom that has a tub/shower combo. You'll have flatscreen TVs and free WiFi as well. Cook up a storm in the full kitchen then serve your guests at the dining table that seats four.

Things to Know
This unit does not have a washer and dryer inside the unit, but there is a community washer and dryer on the building's second and sixth floors.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 4.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) Great vacation get away!

This villa was perfect for a family get away! Accommodations were very clean and appeared recently renovated. Location was great with easy access to the pool and ocean. Kitchen was adequately stocked with appliances. Would definitely vacation in this villa again!

Not tops. No one could help us get tvs to function no instructions. No toaster nor towels in kitc...

Lobby had water all over floors every day for week. Inexcusable! Very poor architecture

Just Okay

When we got to the condo the first thing we noticed was the fire alarm beeping because of a low battery. Upon further inspection we realized that the balcony door in the living room wouldn’t lock. We tried to get it to lock several times to no avail. The next thing we noticed was one of the closet doors in the master bedroom was not secure. It was out of its tracks and just laying into the closet. We had several kids with us ages 2-6 and the balcony door and closet door were major safety concerns. I reached out to Vacasa immediately with my concerns. They responded saying they would contact local staff to address our problems, but local staff never came nor did Vacasa reach out to us to see if the problems had been resolved. Next is the cleanliness of the condo. We had to move one of the swivel chairs to block the balcony door so it wouldn’t be as easily accessible to the kiddos. When we moved the chair there were peanuts all underneath. Then we found crumbs under the coffee table, a baby bottle top under another table, scarves left behind in a bedside table, and to top it off a bag of valuable jewelry under the master bed. This property was not thoroughly cleaned. We did love how big this condo was and the location. The walk to the beach was perfect. Not too long! The pool was very nice and clean despite someone pooped in the pool on our first day and it was closed for 2 days. We did have a great vacation despite a few hiccups. We loved the playground for the kids!

A bit off the beaten path for me

This has been the furthest south I have stayed on Amelia Island and we found ourselves driving north daily. It was a bit hard to navigate the property. There were a lot of roads and golf cart trails. The condo was clean and spacious. Aside from the HVAC giving a thud when turning on/off, the condo was quiet. The view was beautiful especially the full moon over the water at night.

Needs deep clean vents in bathroom have mold mildew build up

Carpets need to be removed Show handle does not work properly. Utincile left in dish washer from previous renter. Trash in front of door leaked all over the landing and if we were not conscious of this it would be track in condo. Change cleaning service and up grade flooring so it can be cleaned proper

Great Stay

Everything as advertised. Great amenities, ocean views and location. Loved the island with pickleball, horseback riding on the beach and surf lessons for the kids. Pool was nice and not crowded at all!
