Located in a gated community with 24/7 security, a temperature-controlled pool, and Smart TV. Accommodates 14 guests (extra charges for 13+) Our spacious home is designed with entertaining and relaxation in mind, offering a comfortable retreat for your group. Each room features a private bathroom for added convenience and privacy. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, making it a joy to cook and dine together. Step out onto the patio to take in breathtaking sunsets or enjoy quality time with family and friends. The master bedroom boasts a luxurious bathtub, perfect for unwinding after a long day. Upstairs, one of the bedrooms offers stunning beach views, with the sunrise gently waking you each morning. For extra guests, the living room includes a cozy sofabed to ensure everyone feels at home. Located just a one-minute walk from the beach, the house is connected by a beautiful paved path that makes access a breeze. Youâll also be within a 5-10 minute walk to a variety of restaurants and just a 15-minute drive from the vibrant Malecon, where you can explore shops, dining, and entertainment. From the moment you step inside, youâll feel welcomed and relaxed in this inviting space. Additional Notes: Our home is in a gated community with 24/7 security, offering peace of mind throughout your stay. Enjoy access to a temperature-controlled pool, perfect for both warm and cool seasons. A Smart TV is available for streaming, but cable services are not provided (internet access is included).
