This property has the best of both worlds! Located just 8 minutes from The Strip, but quiet enough for working professionals! This property is in a gated community, fully furnished, the master bedroom offers a king size bed, second bedroom offers a queen size bed plus a full size mattress as a trundle, an extra futon in the upstairs loft/office for extra guests. It has fast WiFi, private laundry inside, and is walking distance from Orleans Casino and only 12 mins from the airport! Perfect for those trying to balance work and fun!

We booked this condo because the VRBO listing showed pool access, which was necessary for our stay. Only 24 hours before check-in, the host, Norma, told me the pool wasn’t available. This could have been mentioned earlier, especially when we’d already discussed other details like Wi-Fi and parking. When I pointed out the listing clearly showed a pool, she insisted it didn’t, even though I provided a screenshot and VRBO confirmed it. She offered no apology, discount, or resolution, and delayed responding. The condo itself is okay — it fits 3–4 people, has a decent kitchen, strong Wi-Fi — but has squeaky, warped floors, saggy sofas, and an uncomfortable memory foam bed. Quiet location, but a neighbor knocked on the wall early in the morning. Overall, misleading listings, poor communication, and unprofessional handling. No pool despite being advertised — I don’t recommend renting from this host.

Great townhome, excellent location!

It was perfect. Beds were very comfortable and the place was decorated very nice. It felt very homey. If we had a question Norma got back to us within minutes. Complex was also very clean. Would definitely stay there again.

Extremely Satisfied

The property was just as advertised and clean. The host communicated with us in a timely fashion and made sure we knew exactly what we needed to do upon arrival, and also what was expected of us when we left. We are completely satisfied with our stay and would recommend this place to others as well as go back ourselves if we find our way back to Las Vegas.

Property was not in the best shape as far as cleanliness. Missing electrical cover plate. Missing smoke detector. Dirty, hair in bathrooms. Location good. Proprty manager Norma was excellent. Stayed only overnight and she refunded all my money. VRBO kept some of mine. Not happy about it. VRBO

Adorable condo with great location

From the host to the property this was wonderful!!! Norma’s directions were clear and concise, which was super helpful especially since we came in later in the evening. Condo was well maintained with a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. Beds were very comfortable and the entire place was spotless!!! I also loved that there was a table with a list of activities near by! So thoughtful. Highly recommend

Great condo great location great host

This was the perfect place for our girls trip to Vegas. Norma was amazing from start to finish. Lovely condo that was clean with all the amenities that we needed. Beds were super comfortable. Close enough to the strip but not too close. Would strongly recommend staying and I will be returning.

Pretty close to everything. Very nicely decorated. Super clean. Lots of space. If we come back to Vegas, we will be staying here again. I would love to live in a place like this permanently.

Great accommodation!!!

We had a really lovely time in Norma's apartment. The location is super quiet, but you're still quickly on the Strip and in the middle of Las Vegas' nightlife. We felt very comfortable in the apartment and it exceeded our expectations! We'd love to come back!
