Located in the fabulous community of Dalton Cottages in Seagrove, this freshly updated Florida Cottage sits in the heart of Seagrove. This home has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with a treetop view of the gulf on the third-floor sundeck. This gem is close enough to all the things 30A has to offer yet tucked away from the busy roads amongst the trees in an Old Florida secret paradise. The house exudes a modern coastal vibe, with cool neutral tones that create a calm and inviting atmosphere. Thoughtfully chosen artwork enhances the beach house theme, adding a touch of charm throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, making it perfect for preparing meals after a day at the beach.

The first floor welcomes you to a calming open-concept living area that feels even more spacious with the high ceilings and wall-to-wall windows. The 7-seater couch in the living room allows your entire family to spread out for a movie night, all while you prepare delicious meals from the modern, fully stocked kitchen. The dining area has a 6-seater round table plus additional bar seating for 4, ideal for dining and entertaining. The bottom floor also houses the guest bedroom, furnished with a queen size bed and access to the first-floor bathroom.
The second floor is home to 3 of the bedrooms. The front guest room has a queen-size bed and a sitting balcony perfect for a morning cup of coffee while you listen to the nature surrounding the house. The guest room en suite bath has a single vanity, a walk-in shower, and a regular tub. Past the guest bathroom is the bunk room with twin bunk beds, perfect for the kids. The final room is the spacious master bedroom furnished with a king bed and a large private balcony with enough room for morning coffee or afternoon mimosas with friends and nature. The large bathroom is complete and has a walk-in shower, double vanity, and a jetted tub. On the same floor is a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience. There's also a shared bath in the hallway with a shower and tub for the bunk room and third-floor occupants.
The third floor is an open space that can be used as a kids' hang-out or an extra group living area. This space has two single twin single beds to house two more guests. It also has a wet bar and bistro table with four chairs. The floor has access to a large balcony and the sundeck above it. The sundeck provides beautiful views of the surrounding areas. From the treetop height, the beautiful waters of the Emerald Coast can be seen. This amazing view is worth the trek up to the sundeck!

Walls were nasty and had holes in them, bugs crawling in upstairs. Master door doesn’t lock, bathroom door doesn’t even shut. Terrible hot water heater. Good area but would definitely choose another house next time

Two family spring break
Great set up for two families with a range of kids ages. Plenty of bathrooms for all, and nice common area for us all to gather. Loved all the porches, and the patio area for grilling under the party lights. Golf cart and bikes made it fun and easy to get around. We would definitely come back to this house again

Excellent communication with the management, beautiful spacious home!
We loved everything about the house and its location. It’s very clean, comfy beds. We really enjoyed our time on this property and I love the management!! Davis and his staff were great to work with. They made sure we had a comfortable stay by checking in on us. We’ll surely be back at this house. Highly recommend it!

Excellent location to beach but could use an update
The location of the house is fantastic, the house has great potential however just needs a little TLC
It is a good size for a large group and different age ranges. Needs a good cleaning especially the bathrooms. It is lacking in visual appeal, as the walls need a fresh coat of paint and several pieces of the furniture are dingy and worn, would suggest swapping for some updated pieces. Need a different setup in the living area with more seating. If some of the changes were made it would be a great home to stay in.

We rented this house based on the description on VRBO. It was nowhere close to where the add placed it, we learned after paying in full.
When I attempted to discuss with the mgr., instead of trying to make his customer happy, he essentiallly blamed his company's wholly inacurate description of location on me failing to purchase trip insurance. LOL
I will post again if there is resolution.

July 4th week
The layout and amount of sleeping options were nice. We chose this property for its location, number of beds, six person golf cart, and four bikes. Out of all the homes we have stayed in in this area over the last three years. This home payed the least attention to esthetics and cleanliness. The living room and kitchen left something to be desired. The bar was in need of repair and very little weight could be placed on it. The hot and cold water throughout the house was inconsistent on whether it was on the left or right side. In some areas it did not get hot but only warm. The downstairs bathroom shower floor appeared grimy. The bar lights in the kitchen had not been cleaned in quite some time. There is only one key to the home so you cannot have multiple people leaving and going different directions and lock the doors. The golf cart tires were bald, gas gauge did not work, and speakers did not work. However, the headlights did not work after the first day, but the golf cart was picked up and repaired and returned within 24 hours. The outside patio lighting was not hooked to a light switch that could be found. We had to trace the plug-in and directly plug into the front of the home to have use of them. The home is located on a gravel road and I do not remember that in the description. The shower door in the downstairs bathroom was also very difficult to use. Master bath pocket door did not work, and only one smoke alarm had a battery found because of chirping, but corrected.

Had we known about these issues during your stay, we would have promptly sent a cleaner and a maintenance person to address the hot water, and shower door.
