Fenced in back yard with grass for kids and pets and gravel area for fire pit and outdoor seating. Driveway parking up to 4 vehicles, quiet cul de sac street. Family wedding

Very close to the airport for quick shuttles. Great house, nicely furnished, and room for all to gather or be secluded in two separate TV locations. Would stay there again.

Great holiday getaway!

We stayed at this home for 9 nights, from Christmas Eve through New Years. The home is lovely, spacious and had everything we needed for the stay. The beds were super comfy, the kitchen well-equipped, and we loved the "bonus" TV space upstairs. The best part was its location -- access to Wegmans and mall in less than a mile; access to the greenway, and less than a 20 minute drive to most everything else, including Cary downtown (wonderful park!), Raleigh, apex and NCU and Durham. Highly recommend!

Clean, comfortable & close to wvwrything

Our family came in town for a wedding and stayed in this very nice home. Being very close (11 minutes) to the airport was a huge convenience for the multiple trips we made there. Once we arrived the house was very clean; yard well kept (a bonus for the kids), and the layout of the house was ideal for everyone being able to congregate, eat, and hang out, but it also has nice TV rooms upstairs & downstairs for the kids. We would definitely recommended this property for a great home away from home.

College Visits Long Weekend

Great location to get to Wake, Duke, UNC and NC State. Very nice neighborhood just 10 min from airport, but you would never know it. Lots of nice restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Enough room for a family of 4 and a family of 2 to share. Having a bedroom with 2 separate beds was great for my daughters, and we appreciated the 3rd bathroom. Didn’t use laundry but appreciate they provide everything you need.

Cary Home

The home looked exactly as advertised! New, clean, nice furniture - very large! Huge amounts of room. Bathrooms are important and they were new and clean. The backyard was wonderful - very thoughtfully considered re comfort - nice porch furniture and tent. We have been to several VRBOs, and many times we have found that the condition of the home is basically pretty "beat up" - ie wear and tear that is not visible from pictures taken 10 visits ago! That is not the case here. The one thing to note is that it is in a very tightly constructed neighborhood. The homes are right on top of each other/zero lot line. So there were very limited parking options.

Great for family get together

We stayed her for our son’s graduation from NCSU. The home was perfect for gathering before and after the event. The large table and living spaces in the house were wonderful for the whole group to gather and enjoy each other’s company. All the rooms are comfortable and well appointed. Made a special occasions even better.

Better than home

The house is beautiful so many nice touches. Pictures don’t do it justice. In addition to appearance it was comfortable. Couches and beds were high quality. Slept great! Sheet and towels were soft. Every thing we needed was available in the kitchen. For the kids the pools were really fun. There is a much larger pool down the road at the clubhouse. Slide, play area for little ones. There was also a smaller pool with hot tub one block over. We would definitely rent again if we are in NC!!

Great House and Location

We stayed here when visiting our daughter to celebrate her graduation from UNC Grad School. The house was perfect for our needs and the location couldn't have been better. We found breakfast, groceries, lunch, dinner, drugstore, and more all without less than a half mile from the house. We highly recommend this property.

Make It Your Home in NC

My family of five stayed in this wonderful home for nearly 3 weeks and it quickly felt like our true home. The neighborhood is wonderful. Access to everything in the Cary, Raleigh, Durham area was easy. The community pool was excellent for the kids. There is a nice family vibe to this home and surrounding community. The trail that starts in this neighborhood leads to pickleball courts and baseball fields. The home owner was excellent. We had a 10 out of 10 experience.

A wonderful stay in a great house!

I needed a place to stay for 12 days while work was done in my house. Me, my wife and my son stayed in the house. Very nice, very well taken care of and close to just about anything you would need. The house is really spacious, nice kitchen and sitting rooms. Beds were very comfortable.

Nice property, central location

We enjoyed our stay! Centrally located in the Triangle, the house is in a great spot and close (walkable) to many grocery stores, restaurants, and greenways. The host (Lisa) is a fast communicator and fixed a few minor issues during our stay. We would stay here again!

Outstanding Stay

We had an outstanding stay at the Cary Luxury property January 5-10. The house is beautifully appointed and comfortable. Owner Lisa was very responsive and helpful reworking our original reservation to accommodate us due to weather issues.

Football weekend

Just what we needed. The house was great.! Super clean and roomy,. Visiting our granddaughter who goes to NC State. Would love to come back and visit again!!!
