This amazing, beautifully renovated, premier corner unit # 1201 condo at Pelican Beach Resort has commanding views of the Gulf of Mexico from two sides and every room. Enjoy NEW upgrades throughout, including granite counters, fine furnishings, new décor, a beautiful electric fireplace and full-size, high-end appliances to assist you in the kitchen. Renovations also include new paint, new baseboards, new door trim, all new Vinyl flooring, new curtains, new living room ceiling fans, and a new kitchen table and bar stools and smart TVs throughout. The condo has TWO private balconies offering breathtaking views of the expansive shoreline, perfect for enjoying picturesque sunrises and sunsets. Enjoy the convenience of your very own brand new GE washer and dryer, a large smart flatscreen TV in each of the bedrooms and the living room. Enjoy high speed internet for streaming. This condo has a hearing impaired smoke detector.

After a fun relaxing day spent taking advantage of the many Pelican Beach Resort community amenities, come home to a beautifully furnished gourmet kitchen, plush sectional sofa– perfect for taking in a blockbuster movie or watching waves crash. The master suite has a private gulf-front balcony, a king-size bed, an adjoining bathroom with a large jetted tub, a separate shower, and dual sinks. The second bedroom offers a gulf-front view, a twin-over-twin bunk bed, and a twin-over-full bunk bed. Enjoy our full size Arcade game recently added to the bunk room with Ms.Pac-man, Galaxian and other Arcade games. The second full bathroom is located next to the second bedroom, with access from the hall. Pelican Beach Resort community amenities include 3 pools, a hot tub, and two fitness centers. Also right on property there are designated Self Pay EV Charging spots for convenience, if you have an EV!

Pelican Beach Resort is a Gulf front property on the sparkling shores of Destin, an ideal escape for those looking to swim, surf, sunbathe, take long walks along the beach, and test their skills in a wide variety of water sports. The condo was very clean throughout with no major problems or issues during our stay. There were plenty of kitchenware, pots, pans and utensils that we, and I mean my wife, cooked a full course meal for the family. The view from the balcony, both balconies actually, was absolutely beautiful. So good we ate several meal on the balcony. Check in was very easy. The only reason I had to go to the front desk was to get a parking pass and wrist bans. Access to the beach was easy and very close. A couple of minutes from the condo and we were on the beach or at one of the many pools on the property. The location of the property was also right in the middle of everything. We left and went out a few times and everything we wanted to do or places we wanted to go were within a few miles making our vacation even more convenient and worry free. Overall, I was able to have an amazing week with my family because of an amazing condo and property allowing us to be worry free and enjoy our vacation.

I think the host does a great job; however, it was confusing getting notifications from the host and the management company.. the notices showed different times for check- in/ check out. The management company was not particularly friendly when checking in. Also, the amenities / starter items were less than stellar compared to a condo we rented in Pensacola Beach.The unit was as pictured and it was obvious that the owner takes pride in upscaling unit 1201 despite the overall property and operation being average. Lovely view and well equipped kitchen.

Beach view was unmatched! Beautiful sunrise and sunsets! The showers/tub had great water pressure, the ice machine worked, and most items were stocked that we needed (especially dishes). Easy access to the beach and plenty of things locally to enjoy. The onsite pools were plentiful. The gym was small but had all the necessities. I would book again 10/10! My family fit comfortably (2 adults & 4 children under 12 years old). My whole family enjoyed the trip.

The view from the living room is breathtaking. The entire unit was comfortable. The buildings amenities were above average.

wonderful condo

We stayed here just shy of 3 weeks in February 2026. What a wonderful condo. It was well appointed with all our needs for a longer stay. We cooked several meals and they had all the needed utensils. Having and washing machine and dryer was a real bonus. The best thing about staying here were the views - no matter what room you were in, there was a glorious view of the ocean. It really was magnificent. Also, because it is important to me, I also want to call out the condo was beautifully decorated, and very clean. The beds were comfortable, as well as the living area. I was very pleased with this rental!

Christmas on the beach

My family and I stayed over Christmas and it was perfect! The space was clean and updated. There was an issue with the water heated but it was fixed promptly
