Beautiful view and good location. Property had some aging amenities such as the TV and surrounding outside areas. However for a private residence it is very well kept. The check in process was a bit of a hassle because we arrived after the office closed and were given the wrong code. But they were fast to answer the call provide the correct info.

If you want to relax and unwind, this is the place. The balcony was as beautiful as pictured. Kitchen stocked well for cooking and all amenities you would need are there for a nice vacation. There is a grocery store less than a mile from the property. You can see the sunrise from the balcony and then go to see the sunset on the other side of the property in the evenings. Would stay here again!

Absolutely stunning views! Front row seats to the ocean, whales and ocean wildlife!Just got back from Cabo & this unit was ideal. The condo was immaculate & so well laid out. The property itself was beautiful with a swim up bar and excellent bar food. The staff at the bar & complex were so friendly & helpful!Just loved everything about this unit, the owners & the complex! Thank you so much!

I would say, it’s a nice view.. unfortunately the AC didn’t work very well. We sweat in the evenings which made it hard to sleep… we did have a few problems with the place, but it seemed like they came and fixed them.. the place needs a few things the umbrella outside on the deck. Great idea didn’t work., the lights outside on the deck. Great idea couldn’t get them to work… they had a grill, but the propane was empty… that would’ve been nice to bake the burgers out outside.. it would’ve been nice to know it was on the very top floor.. we had to walk stairs.. the TV never seem to really work. I don’t know if it was the Internet or what it was. It kept buffering the majority of the time… it is not been like that in other places within that same resort.. they were missing basic items that would’ve been nice to have lime. Squeezer only had one champagne glass… probably need to upgrade the mattress.. just some suggestions..

The balcony and ocean views were unbelievable! It was amazing to drink coffee and watch the sunrise from this beautiful spot. We even saw whales! The condo was great. Nice big bathroom, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the bed was so comfortable! We had a great time! The swim up bar and mercardo were very convenient as well. Everyone we met was very friendly and accomodating.

Cabo Retreat

We enjoyed the condo and the peace.Would definitely recommend to everyone. Loved watching the whales from the porch and the views-would stay again there.

Amazing location with great ocean views

We really enjoyed our stay.. accommodations right on the ocean, we seen whales two of the mornings while enjoying our breakfast which was a plus.. Enjoyed happy hour at swim up bar, swimming / snorkeling at beach and restaurants within walking distance. Will definitely look to stay here again in the near future. Cheers Matt & Vanessa

great place

everything was as advertised. nice little bar on property. fairly close to cabo resturants. balcony is incredible! you will not want to leave it!

Excellent condo!

Very clean, has everything you need, great location with small private beach. Beach chairs/umbrella, beach towels, snorkeling gear, etc... all provided.

Stunning view

We had a wonderful stay. Weather was beautiful. The condo was clean and had the best view of the ocean. We loved it. The staff at the pool bar was amazing.

Great Place!

This condo was very private and the community was quiet. There was everything you needed for a stay there so you didn’t have to bring much. The sunrises were amazing! The sunrises were fantastic as well. This unit was perfect for two people and we really enjoyed it.

Fantastic views great location friendly staff

Came here to celebrate my daughter’s 19th birthday. We enjoyed the location and swimming in the pool. If you walk out a little ways on the beach there are great views of the arch and sunsets can be spectacular. It is located next to a few good restaurants and it’s a quick Uber ride $15 to town if you want to go to beaches and restaurants there. We would stay here again!

This property exceeded our expectations. Friendly staff and excellent views. No need to book a whale watching tour with all action right from the balcony.

Whale Oasis

We absolutely loved our time at this condo. We started and finished every day on the patio watching whales breach or watching the nearby fireworks shows. We enjoyed the small beach and ate at the condo restaurant at least once per day. Order the shrimp tacos-- you won't be disappointed! We will certainly be back again!
