Admiral Row guests have access to two resort pools, as well as all tennis and pickleball facilities. The elevator and laundry room are conveniently located just across the hall from the villa.



Hilton Head Beach & Tennis Resort is ideally situated directly on the beach and close to golf, biking trails, and water activities. Popular waterfront dining spots like Hudson’s Dockside and Fish Camp are just a short drive away, offering incredible seafood and sunset views.



Guest Access:

As a guest of Hilton Head Beach and Tennis, you have full access to a comprehensive suite of resort amenities. This includes the largest oceanfront pool on the island, a second seasonal pool, eight tennis courts, and four pickleball courts. Families will appreciate the on-site playground, basketball courts, and dedicated picnic areas equipped with charcoal grills. For those looking to explore, bike rentals are available directly on the property, providing easy access to over 60 miles of scenic island trails. Direct, private beach access is just a short walk from your front door.



Getting Around:

Hilton Head Island has 100+ miles of biking and hiking trails to get around the island. There is the Breeze bus for public transportation and shopping and restaurants are an easy drive with plenty of public parking on the island. During the Summer there is a free island trolly. Trolly stop is in front of the resort.



Other Things to Note:

To ensure a smooth arrival, one complimentary parking pass is included with your stay; additional passes are available for purchase through the resort. While we provide a fully equipped kitchen with plates, bowls, and cookware, please note that cooking essentials such as oils and spices are not provided. For the safety and harmony of our community, e-bikes are strictly prohibited on resort grounds. We take pride in maintaining a clean and professional environment, with laundry facilities and elevator access conveniently located just across the hall from the villa. One pass is included with the booking. Additional passes are $35 each.
